Crappy directions/rough cushion

The directions are terrible. The screw goes into the side of the frame and swing. Look for holes in the back of the swing. These screws are holding the swing to the frame. The last step on the directions are more helpful than the step showing how to attach swing to frame. Do not call customer service! They will tell you to go to you tube but can’t tell you of a actual video for this swing. The cushion is rough and the top holds a lot of water. It seems sturdy but only time will tell.

Good Swing/hard to assemble

Solid construction but lousy instructions. Also the bolts provided were too short in some cases and you need four arms to do some of the construction. The seat mounting was horrendous so I went ahead and built the seat, installed the frame then attached the frame to the seat. Not ideal but it worked. Also the seat in the sitting position is close to an Adirondack chair so be aware it’s not easy to get out/into. Overall it’s a good, solid piece. Excellent buy for the price.

I like that i am 6 ft and i can lay down without folding my legs comfortably.cushoon is one unit and doesn't slide all over the place, frame is sturdy enough for the price,roof/canaopy has a very good head clearance. Screws are very cheap and strip easily.directions are as good as none.puttingbtogether isntricky and may take few trys hence tighten everythong only in final steps.

Overall a good purchase

A little challenging to put together, but did by myself in about 2 hours. Seems like good quality and construction. My only complaint is that the canopy does not handle rain well. It pools on either long side and stretches out the material requiring you to manually dump the water out.

Beautiful but issues

Great and love this swing. It’s big and roomy for 3 people. It was very timely to assemble so be sure you have help. It’s heavy and durable. However our canopy came out of the box with a rip on one side. Hoping to get a replacement soon.

Awful to assemble

Instructions are miniscule and vague to read and understand. Lots of frustration. Missing parts and screw holes. Parts aren't labled correctly. Dont waste ypur time on this product. I plan to dispose it. Never encountered such horrible assembly instructions. Worst thing is product isnt useful once built because its not complete.

I love this swing. It is very comfortable and relaxing. As most others have mentioned assembly is challenging and the instructions are not very helpful. The only issue is water pools on the canopy every time it rains and caused the fabric to stretch. I tried covering it but the cover did not stop the rain from pooling and sagging the canopy. The canopy material is now very loose, billows in the slightest wind and continues to collect water - a lot of water that I have to use a large cup to bail ...
