I like the product but packaged is not good and top part of that swing is not good

Instructions are wonky

It’s really kind of a two person job To put it together. Instructions are not clear like everyone has said. Use the video from Lowe’s website for more specific visuals on how to put it together the swing. The cushion feels kind of itchy. It’s not smooth canvas or cotton like material it’s a little scratchy. It was difficult getting the last leg of the canopy part slipped in place. Don’t leave out in the rain

Love everything but the water collecting in the cover when it rains.

Very well made, but the canopy holds rainwater.

Canopy caves in when it rains & rain is held in. There's velcro on the sides, but not on the front & back which would have prevented this problem.

Horrible canopy.

The canopy gave in after 1 rain session. It stretched out the canopy and there is no fixing it. Not very happy. However , it is comfy.

Canopy fills with water, dangerous to remove.

The canopy fills with water in the rain. When we pushed the water out from the back the front slammed down hitting us as it was still full of water. Dangerous. Customer service was no help. Said a safety team member would call within two days...weeks later still no call. Trying to return but will have to disassemble.

Grease spring contacts before assy.

Likes-Fairly easy to assemble. Canopy provides shade. Glides nicely. cushions are comfortable. dislikes-Canopy does not have any fasteners in front and rear to keep it stretched out, so the rain water pools in the canopy making it difficult to remove water without getting soaked.

Nice but cushion color stinks.

I really like this but as mentioned, light color just is awful. They came out of the box already dirty. Cushion covers are impossible to find. I have spent a lot of time looking. A darker color or print would help. I bought a pair of waterproof pergola curtains. Now to find a sewer.

Perfect outdoor swing!

This swing is amazing! My husband and I enjoy swinging on the back porch in the evenings and our 10 year old or 16 year old can be found out there at any time of the day, just swinging away while on their electronic devices lol I will say that I agree with what others have said in their reviews: the instructions that come with the package are sad and ridiculous! It's ok.

The swing itself is ok. It has a comfortable cushion and sits well, but the canopy top collects water and sags every time it rains. It needs to have a hard top on it or cross bars underneath to prevent the top from falling in and collecting water. Every time it rains, I have to go out afterwards and push the top up to release the collected water, only to have it fall down in the cushion.

Pretty good

It was great other than a part came broken, we realized once the swing was almost put together. It’s nice though and comfortable, can fit 3 adults. Canopy held rain after a storm, will find a way to fix that not a big deal but we do love it

Bad roof design

The rooftop is poorly set up so that the rain runs off instead it is collected and sink the roof.

Design flaw

Due to a design flaw, this product fails to meet the customer need. The canopy on the top accumulates water even in lightest of rain, which causes the canopy to droop. This could have been better designed with one more supporting rod across the canopy frame towards the middle. Ideally, I would like to return and get my $300 back. Because this a big inconvenience to disassemble the product I am not going to return this.

This was my second purchase of this swing.
