Would Not RecommendI bought two of these 10 years ago and they were all metal and very sturdy. After the base of one was broken during the installation of a fence, I decided to replace both. The new ones are not all metal, but have plastic face decor and a very poorly constructed. One was broken within a month and I expect the other to break when we start using them again in the spring. Very disappointing. I wish I had tried to repair the one that I had and definitely not replaced them both.

Would Not RecommendThis holder is not anywhere close to "heavy duty". The front decorative part is held on to the frame by 2 very thin welds. When I got home i noticed that the front piece was not at the right angle, I attempted to straigten it out and the weld on one side broke. Nice looking holder, but VERY flimsy and weak in design. Returned it and got a different style.
