So nice your dad might steal it from you

Wasn't super heavy when getting it. It's easy to move around and looks great in my back yard. My dad wants to take it home with him so I think it's an eye catcher for sure.

Damaged Product - Terrible Customer Service

The product arrived with damage in a couple of areas. I contacted Lowe’s Customer Service, and after spending 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone, I was offered a $10 credit. For the price I paid, I am extremely disappointed with the level of support provided.

Good quality, good materials and construction.

Im glad it is all metal exterior with a cover above to protect it from.the elements. Assembly was easy and sturdy

Broken nozzle when purchased

The nozzle going in was mad of plastic and was broken when I bought it. Poorly designed

Must buy!!

Was very strong and portable. Can be used with any hose and the assembly was very easy. There is little to no maintenance. Overall this is a must have product and keeps your hose tucked away nicely.

Well Built and Attractive Hose Reel

The holse reel was very good quality—all metal parts, which I was very surprised by. Very easy to assemble and the leader hose was actually good quality unlike all of the others I have purchased in the past. Once assembled and connected to the water supply, the hose reel worked great with no leaks. Great box for outdoor watering hose.

I received this product as a complimentary for an honest review. I have a traditional water hose hanger attached to my wall. This was getting cumbersome. This is a great box that keeps the water hose in one place. It is easy to wind up and pull out. Water flow never loses pressure. I would highly recommend it if you don't want to show your garden hose. Holds upto 100 ft of traditional water hose.

Gives a new look to the garden

Easy to carry and move around, preserves the hose from sun exposure making the hose last a long time, easy to use and keep the garden clean and organized.

Worth the money!

This seems to be a well-built product. It is a little heavy but should last quite a while. I put most of it together by myself but needed a little help tightening the hose to the product. Hide the hose!!

This hose reel is a great must have for our back yard! It makes storing the hose super easy and hides it from view. The only concern I have is that during the summer months the actual box will be pretty hot to the touch. Other than that, this is a great product!
