Would RecommendI disagree with "Terrible Functionality"! I bought (2) Boxes for my home in NC--worked perfectly over 2.5 years and looked amazing (neat)! Have returned to MI and am about to purchase (2) New Boxes. These are the best in the field, I have searched for years for a Box this Good! Hint: Make sure the Box is leveled and securely fasten with concrete screws to concrete base (patio) or Concrete Patio block if positioned out on dirt bed or lawn.
Terrible functionality
Would Not RecommendWhile this looks nice, it works terribly. It does ok at reeling a hose into the box but is absolutely awful at getting the hose back out. Pulling the hose just tightens the reel inside the box, and using the turn lever does nothing, so it's like wrestling an alligator just to get your hose back out of the box.
