Would RecommendThis hanger woks fine if you don't destroy it while installing it. Buy a short piece of schedule 40 pvc pipe that is larger inside than the post and hammer that into the ground. Cut it off at ground level if you damaged the end of the pvc. Stick your assembled stand in the pocket and pour sand into the space between the pipe and the pvc. That will hold the pipe vertical. A 2 foot length of pvc pipe is just a few dollars and will save you all the aggravation and tears that I have read in the othe...

After reading the other reviews, mine seemed a little different. I didn’t have a plastic cap or threads on the piece that was hammered into the ground. But when I was hammering with a rubber mallet it did bend up the top metal a little bit. I was still able to slide the two pieces together. The metal is very thin walled and bends easily. I do like that it has 4 hooks on it. I have two other poles that are a single and double hook and they are solid metal so they’re a little more durable. This on...
