What Customers Are Saying
The product appears to have mixed reviews. Some customers found the feeder pole to be well-made, sturdy, and easy to assemble, allowing them to successfully set up a bird feeding station. They appreciated the height and flexibility of the pole, as well as the ability to accommodate multiple feeders. However, many other customers reported significant issues with the quality and durability of the pole, including it being flimsy, weak, and easily bent or broken, even in mild winds. Several customers also struggled with the installation process, finding that the pole did not easily or securely anchor into the ground.

Would Not RecommendI purchased this pole, and it was missing a part. I repeatedly called the manufacturer, and after at least 7 calls I finally got a call back. I was told to email the model number. Three emails later, I still haven't gotten the part or an answer. Sherri, you are the customer worst service rep ever,
I wanted this to be great...
Would Not RecommendThree years ago I bought one of these. The design seemed perfect, as we have raccoons, deer & squirrels that love to get the seed from tree-hung feeders. I read directions, put it up, and before I even hung anything on it, the pole was bending at the threaded connection point. Perhaps it doesn't do well when used in the highest position? Not sure, but I tried duct tape, then wooden braces duct taped onto that joint and still it only stayed up about 2 weeks before I came out to find everything on...
Okay for the price
Would RecommendThis was a okay purchase. The material is not heavy duty. In order to set it I used a pole driver which bent the material, then had to shave it down in order to connect the rods (screw together pieces). Functional but doesn't like large feeders, opt for the smaller ones.
Needs replaced after a year
Would Not RecommendI've bought two of these feeder stations - the first in 2014 and the the next in 2015 and neither made it to a full year before having to be replaced. I've opted to not buy a third. I'm not sure what the problem is (maybe the threading as suggested by another reviewer). All I know is that in each of the feeders one of the connector pieces slowly started to lean at the base of the pole until the whole thing eventually collapsed. I was constantly having to tighten the joints as well. I will say I ...
Good Value and great product
Would RecommendCompared to the pricing of similar bird feeder stations, this is a bargain.
Great pole for birdfeeders
Would RecommendNo issues putting this in the ground and no issues putting it together. Birds have no issue with it either.
Loved The Setup
Would RecommendI live in Grand Canyon where the "soil" is essentially lava cinders, pebbles and red mud. I expected this bird feeder to tip over right away. However, the design of the base made it easy to pound into even this terrain, and the feeder stand stayed up in forty-mile-an-hour winds and snow! (I removed the feeders themselves during the storm.) The birds seem to enjoy the setup, too. They perch on the empty extensions and sing!
No more flimsy shepherds hooks
Would RecommendI have bought three. One for myself & two for my cousin. The stand is awesome. Made of steel, it is round and very sturdy once assembled. The feeding stations came be raised or lowered. You can actually have 4 feeders on this stand with no swaying. It does take a little doing setting it up. Just be sure & water the spot so the five inches of the stand will go into the ground. It has 4 fins around the bottom to insure steadiness. Buy this now and use those shepherd hooks for plants or decor
Terrible purchase
Would Not RecommendThe inside of the connecting tubes are not threaded which makes it impossible to connect. Waste of time.
Perfect product almost
Would RecommendIt's high quality easy to setup and install only problem which is not a manufacturing issue but a mother nature one is that squirrels have never had easier access to feeders just climb right up and eat away, strongly recommend that you purchase a squirrel proof feeder for this pole
Quality product at an excellent price
Would RecommendVery good value, easy to assembly. No tools required for assembly. Mallet or hammer required to drive spike into harder ground for set up.
As advertised
Would RecommendDoes it its supposed to. Very simple installation. The squirrels love it....until you put vaseline on the pole.
Not 92 inches from the ground
Would Not RecommendMy only complaint about the product is that the 92" measurement includes the stake which is below ground. It is packaged in several pieces so you can't tell this in the store.
I love it!
Would RecommendIt is perfect for hanging several different types of feeds in one place. I now get to watch a nice variety of birds that are attracted to it.
Nice and sturdy
Would RecommendDirections are easy and was a breeze to put together
I've had one of these for 3 years, just bought 2
Would RecommendEasy to assemble and to mount in ground. Very stable once bedded as instructed. I dug out a starter hole and then wet down thoroughly, as starter hole keeps water there. Then I pounded the base down into the hole a couple of inches beneath ground level, filled in the starter hole, mounded up additional fill, leveled the pole carefully as I stepped on the fill around the base. Let it dry to solidify. It holds the large feeders that are full as well as a couple of wind chime deep sounding bells.
Aluminium bends easily
Would Not RecommendIt was not hard to put together. The poles (3) screw together, but the aluminium bends easily and one of the poles threads got stripped when the pole accidently bent and now the one pole is useless, so the height has been shortened. :o(
