when we went to pick it up...they only had the caster...could not tell me anything or find any thing about the rest of the order. few days later email said it was being delivered.....then it appeared on the sidewalk in a big box....total lack of commination

Would RecommendLike the color - did not like that the pole did not have NUMBERS on the line indicator. It was difficult to visually line up the clamps (that would hold the shelf in place) because they were not numbered.
