Shelf works fine but purchase from store
Would RecommendThis shelf works fine but I ordered it delivered. That was a mistake. The box arrived ripped and punctured in many places. A good number of the plastic pieces were broken. The zip ties, that were supposed to hold parts together, had been broken. Luckily it was not missing any parts. The shelf was shipped from Wyoming, then to Colorado, and finally to my area in Kansas. Purchasing it at the store allows for inspection before you buy it. (Photo shows broken plastic parts).
More robust
I bought this rack to replace the one I had. This one is a foot wider which is what I wanted and I also wanted it to be black. Overall it's a more robust rack than the previous one.

Great Shelf
Got this to place in my shed. Easy to put together. And was able to get all my gardening supplies off the floor. Would buy again.

Poor return practices at Lowes.
Upon assembling the product, I found the last shelf in the box was bent from apparent shipping damage. I attempted to return the one shelf for either a replacement or partial refund only to be told that I had to return the entire unit for a refund or replacement. This unit weighs 70 lbs and was already assembled, except for the last shelf. Materials were already stacked on the lower shelves. I was not about to disassemble it and again travel back to the Lowes store 50 miles away.
