Quick sprout on this seed
I planted this and it looks good after one week. Kept the ground moist and never had seed germinate this quickly. We hope it’s going to over winter well

Just spend more for better
Would Not Recommendafter tearing up a lot of scrub trees and overgrown flower beds the previous home owners left us, I had several hundred square feet of bare lawn that I wanted to seed. Initially, last fall this seed came in fast and lush. In the spring, some bare spots appeared and I used a different brand to fill the spots. Neighbors can't believe it
Would RecommendI have tried other grass seed desperate to start my yard to no avail. Neighbors put in sod. I tried this brand. omg!! I'm now the envy on the corner. So green and lush. Even killed out the stubborn weeds that I would spend hours pulling out.plus I won the bet with husband that I could start a yard with just seed. Lol
Great Shade Seed
Would RecommendBeen using this seed for years! Produces great grass in shady areas.
Works just as good as the other brand
Would RecommendThe seed seems to work well, but what you get in a 20 lb bag of coated seed is less seed and more other stuff. I have found it to be better to put down more old school seed on a good compost soil, than the coated seed. This compared to any major brand works just as well overall.
Crab grass king
Would Not RecommendTwo months later and a lot of water we have crab grass . I now have to take up 1000 sq feet , and do the job again . what a waste of time and energy. Not to mention my reputation. Lost out on this one. Save your aggravation and buy a better brand. Aggravation , anger ,rage , you get the idea.
Worst grass seen on the market
Simply take my advice after many years using seed to handle bare spots. STA-AWAY from Sta-Green.
