Water Well Pressure switch.
Would RecommendMy water well was running very slowly and almost no pressure, I thought either the well pump or the switch. the switch is comparatively inexpensive as compared to a new pump, Voila, installed the new switch and everything is back up to normal... thank you Lowes.

Not what they use to be
Would RecommendHave used square D for 40 year on my water well. The first set last about 10 years or so, the second set lasted about 10 years, next set about 10. The rest about 7 or 8 years but this year I have replaced them four time during this year.

Save your pump. Switch maintenance is easy
Would RecommendEvery 5yrs I swap these out. They are a cheap hedge against cycling your pump and burning it out. It takes 5 minutes to install, allows you to drain sediment from you pressure tank, and is an excuse to check your bladder pressure.

Would RecommendWorked on a Sta rite SND L 3/4 hp well pump. Should have better power diagram, and the auto start level is a bit touchy. Recommend you hold it on start for a bit until the line gets primed correctly for the pressure. Maybe I’m just new at well servicing, but good to go.
