Do not buy - we installed this pressure switch and it worked for about 3 months, then, occasionally it didn't turn off after reaching the cut-out pressure (60). Yes our pressure tank was charged correctly. We lost a motor because it kept overloading and we thought it was a short cycle issue, not realizing it was deadheading due to a faulty pressure switch. Our only clue was the 75 psi relief valve had puddles under it.

Failed in 4 months
Worked fine for 4 months, then won't pop on anymore. Previous one lasted 7+ years (at least as long as we've been in the house), so maybe just got a dud.
