Install is quick and easy and the package includes two inserts to fit any plug ( one for the old round plugs and one for the decor style) and all the hardware to mount it.

It is mounted outside so I needed a in use cover in order to meet code and to be safe while using it. It works great and comes with different adapters and screws in order work for many different applications.

Solid built outlet cover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I setup string lights in my backyard and wanted to get an outlet cover that would allow me to keep them plugged into a smartplug. This item did the bill. It's big enough to allow for a thick cable to comfortably plug in and curve, while also allowing room for you to plug something into the second outlet should you so desire. It flips up, which was no problem, makes for better weatherproofing!

Used this cover on an outdoors circuit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this cover on a weather resistant outlet that is mounted outside. Since we live in the western US, we don't get a lot of rain, but when we do, it is usually a hard driving rain, and wanted to protect the circuit as much as possible.

Leak proof!

This would work very well for camping and needing a protector for an outlet at a camp ground or any outlets that need to be outside. Highly recommend. It’s sturdy and efficient.

The duplex decorator receptacle cover was easy to install and will protect my receptacle for years to come. I recommend this receptacle cover to others needing one.

Great for outdoor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put electric in our lean-to and this clear cover is just what we needed for the outlet plug to keep it from getting damp. The roof has a tendency to drop in occasion and thus will prevent the plug from getting wet. Extremely easy to install for a DIY'er. Like that the box is clear rather than the usual silver type that just covers the 2 individual plugs that have been known to break off. Box opens and shut easily also.

Good Cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good cover for an outlet, it is easy to install. It comes with two gasket that works with different types of outlets. It is sturdy and seems durable, we have installed it in our backyard outlet and it has been doing good so far.

Quality brand

Great Product

Cover fits well and its truly water resistant. I pressure tested that with a hose, and not a drop of water got in. Impressed.

Quality

Great Covers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are fantastic to use on those outside receptacles that are exposed directly to rain fall. Very easy to put in and they are very easy to open when needed (compared to those flush covers you can get). Definitely recommend replacing those with these. They aren't an eyesore either!

Solid construction, easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The waterproof mount and socket were very well constructed and super easy to install. We installed these in our backyard in san francisco which gets a ton of fog in the summer, and it has kept the moisture out of the sockets. The clear cover was nice compared to other similar items. I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends and family.
