Keeps the weather out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have an outdoor receptacle it’s important to have a good cover on it and this one works great. The cover is well made and easy to install as well as offer adequate depth to close with cords plugged into the receptacle. The lid is well attached and doesn’t pop off like some other covers.

Does a good job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and works well. Keeping my patio outlet dry is not easy to do in Florida, but this outlet cover is doing a great job! It was easy to install and seals up tightly, keeping water and dirt out of the outlet.

Great product

Being able to plug in different things and not having to worry about them getting wet is such a relief. Very easy install and highly recommended.

Water Tight

Great mounting box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed at how easy this was to install. I simply unscrewed the old one and replaced with this one. I needed a replacement for my outdoor receptacle and this fit the bill. It looks like it's going to be great outdoors because it's very well made. Much thicker than my old one. It has a nice neutral color as well so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. Perfect!

Great features

We just got a new house and has some outside outlets that needed covered. And they held very well. Nothing was wet on the inside at all, it was very nice and easy to put on as well

Works great

Excellent weatherproof box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super easy to install and it’s perfect for the area I live in we get a lot of sun we get a lot of rain. We had a lot of everything and so this weatherproof box keeps outlets nice and safe. I would highly recommend this and again like I said it was super easy to install. I’m not a pro. GREAT

I had to replace an outdoor receptacle at Christmas time that was hooked up to a timer and this truly kept the plug dry. These are better than the flip up covers I have on the receptacles now. Great weatherproof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Square D-1G WEATHERPROOF CLR COVER VERT MOUNT was fantastic and I placed outside it worked like a charm. It doesn’t matter if it rained or snowed the outlet stayed clean and protected. I definitely recommend this product and will be buying her more for the rest of the outside of my home.

Came with everything you need

Safely cover your outdoor outlets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this, with the Square D X Series GFCI Receptacle, to safely update and fix the oldest outlet on the outside of our house. This was an extremely easy install that add virtually no extra time when updating the receptacle. I feel much better knowing that when I do have something plugged in, it can also still be covered. Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very high quality receptacle cover. I recently added an outdoor kitchen on my deck. This was just what the doctor ordered for the power receptacle. Solidly built and easy to install. This unit was the perfect fit. Used in conjunction with the weatherproof receptacle it will give me years of service. Square D makes quality products and this one is no different.

Looks clean, is durable and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This extra duty outlet cover was the perfect choice for my planter out front. It is rated for extension cords to be left unattended and plugged in overnight. It seems very well built and should be able to withstand a sun beating. It has a simple modern look that blends in nicely with landscape. We have had a couple big rainstorms recently and this has kept everything inside the box dry. I’m happy to have this and would definitely recommend.

standard cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a standard outdoor gfi cover. Fits most grounded plugs. Has an opening at the bottom so plugs can be plugged in and the cover still closed for weather protection. The newer holiday light plugs are square and still too big for this cover which is a bummer, but we can plug them in and push it down a bit and it still provides coverage from the weather from the top a bit. Not ideal but better than nothing.

Extra Duty

Our old outlet broke last year and we needed a new upgraded outlet for our pool filter and vacuum. Heavy Duty Cover by Schneider Electric, will be great near the pool – Highly recommend Schneider Electric a Brand which is our go to because it has always been reliable.

A must for outdoor plugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a absolute must we will now be switching all of our outdoor outlets to this cover! It keeps water and weather out and protects the plugs. This one is great because it has a hole for the wires to come out if so it closes all the way and the wires are not bent! Big plus as most dont close all the way. This is made of heavy duty plastic and will withstand the change in weather.

Great for my garage
