good idea, but

Although I did think the filter was a good feature, I primarily bought this because it had the longest hose length I could find. But, as others have commented, there are design flaws - primarily that the mounting bracket is not anywhere near sturdy enough to hold the weight of the showerhead - - which makes it very difficult to use as a shower rather than strictly hand-held. Will take some more uses to determine if the filter is worth the trouble.....

We love this shower. We ordered this on 8-2-2016 and we picked it up from the local store to avoid the shipping cost. We were concerned about previous reviews that the shower head was too heavy for the bracket, therefore, it either wouldn't stay in the bracket or the bracket would break. Great product with a few gimics

First off I love this product and so glad that I invested in it. I suffer from irritated itchy skin that I have never been able to figure out a cure. This helped tremendously with that. Even my boyfriend noticed a difference with his skin. Also the water pressure is really good. Cant say much about the smell because our water never had one that I noticed. I love the stream options, the pressure is great, and having the comfort of the very effective filtration is nice. The only downside is that the swivel head on the rest bracket that comes with this product is not strong enough to support the weight of the shower head. This causes it to stream straight down. I am giving this product a three in my overall rating. The only reason I purchased this product was because my husband accidentally dropped and broke our master bath shower head and I have filters I need to use up from a previous purchase. Do not purchase

The shower head is too heavy to support itself. Regardless of the position you put it in, it drops because it's too heavy. That's too bad. Love the idea of a filter, but again. Too heavy.

I purchased this shower head today and I am totally blown away. When you purchase this, it already comes with a filter in the actual shower head +1 extra filter which is very convenient. It claims that each filter lasts for 5000 gallons of 3 months, so right off the bat I don't have to worry about filters for about 6 months. Mixed feelings

I like the idea of the filter as we have hard water in our area. And it comes with 2 filters and the replacement costs aren't too high. The shower head is very heavy compared to most and it feels like the pressure is reduced due to filter. I do like the multiple jet choices. Overall a good item but not as great as I was hoping.

It is a great shower head. One thing I wished it had was a trickle setting. It has a powerful spray on all settings. The best part is, it's made in the USA.

Great made in the USA product

I had to search all over the shelves to find this product on the bottom shelf. It was the only shower head that we found that was made in America. To our delight it had all the features we were looking for. it also has a built in filter in the handle which is a plus. Glad to see a good quality product that is made in the USA, need to see more on the shelves instead of the junk from China and other countries.

We recently put in a walk-in shower and needed a new shower head to replace the old one. This shower head is the fourth one I tried, none of the others seem to have what I/we needed. I can't say enough good about this product.

This is the best purchase I have made in a very long time. This shower head was immediately wonderful. The water is so different it is amazing. My hair was the first thing that I noticed being fabulous. It was thicker and manageable immediately. I noticed immediately that itchy skin disappeared... I love this shower head.

Dermatologist Recommended

We just bought our second one. I had it for about a year and then I was simply putting the handheld section back in the holder during a shower when the long cord snapped off at the connector to the wall! Water everywhere! Yikes!
