Great Hand Shower for Tall People

Nice product. However, it seems to be designed for tall people who have large hands. Since the filter is in the handle, the shower head is a bit heavy and it is difficult for smaller hands to hold. The unit itself is very tall...11 inches long with the center of the spray 9 inches above the metal arm that sticks out from the wall. Best Yet

Had the previous model sold by Lowes, this updated model is far superior, water flow is atleast 10 times greater. Hose is more flexible, instead of buying a replacement filter for an older model just update it with this model, even comes with extra filter. All spray patterns are unbeleivable ranging from a foggy mist to a rainfall type pattern. Great Product, Great Price.

Great Purchase!!

Until you've showered with filtered water you have no idea just how much better your skin will feel!! The first time I used this I amazed that I no longer had a layer of hard water deposits on my skin. I feel so much better after a shower with the Shower Pure with the Sprite Filter. We recently moved and forgot to take the old one with us. We won't ever make THAT mistake again. The only bad thing about this hand held device is you have to remember to change the filter, but that's a small problem...

Bracket problem

The shower head is very nice & I love the longer connecting hose, HOWEVER the bracket which holds the shower head does not fit the handle. Will have to try to find some kind of bracket which will hold the shower head.

Jury Still Out

Easy to install. Love the size of the shower head...it gives you a great down pour of water. Little bit of a delay when turning off the water. Can't say I have noticed a real difference in the water, It appears to be the same. Kinda disappointed. I thought I would notice a big difference and I don't.

Would not buy again

The shower head itself is real nice, as long as there is no filter in it. I could not believe how poorly this unit showered until I took the filter out. It was like night and day. 2.5 gals a minute has to be way overstated. I have ordered a new unit to filter the water and will be attaching it to the shower arm and then will be reattaching this without the filter in it

Nice but not sturdy

A decent product but the bracket that hold the shower head/handle in place is plastic and it broke when removing the handle from the bracket. That should not happen. Also there is an o-ring that holds the handle it place that rolls and comes out of it's indented locations when you remove the handle as well. These things could use a re-design. Too bad, otherwise it is pretty nice. They sell the bracket on their website so I am guessing this part may break fairly often.

It's the best showerhead I have ever bought.

The sales girl was great. She uses this showerhead also so she could tell us all the great features it has. With so many to choose from I was glad for her help.

Good if it worked

This is an awesome product. The water settings are fantastic. Soft water amazing. Unfortunately,I had to take it back due to the fact that the shower head would not stay in the bracket. Handheld it was great. Would have loved to try it in the bracket but it kept coming out. I think it was too heavy. This may have just been a bad bracket. Will definitely try it again later on. I would like to know if anyone else had this problem and if there was something they did to get it to stay in place.

finally, a shower head worth installing that does it all - less than $50: filters out chlorine, terrific flow and spray, long hose and quality construction. highly recommended.

I'm Impressed

I bought this to replace a Moen handheld showerhead that had puny water flow. I just used this for the first time, and so far I am very impressed with it. My city has among the highest quality-rated tap water in the nation. The tap water doesn't taste or smell bad, but occasionally it will have a higher content of chlorine that is noticeable. best handheld shower

I had a previous one which had a braided plastic hose. It was way too stiff, and not really long enough. This has the longest hose of any of them, and, it is also, by far, the most flexible hose ever. You must feel it to believe it. It is a bit pricey, but, I'm glad I got it.

A real difference in the shower

The water feels like it is coming from a softener and we have really bad smelly water. No more.
