Not impressed. Only removed one screw not impressed by the product quality at all.

The screw extractor set came with 4 dual-sided bits of different sizes suitable for extracting larger stripped screws. The drill bits are made of steel and are compatible with any standard drill. The extractor bits came in a box that holds all the bits in place safely.

For those “O No” moments

Drilled screw in lumber and then stripped head out, deliberately, so I could test this extractor. Starting using the burnish end and it pulled the screw out with having to switch to the threaded end. Tried again and used the threaded end as intended and worked great. Extractor locked into place on the screw and pulled it out with ease

This Baby Saved the Day! Really!

I had stripped a screw and to make things worse, I was having a hard time reaching it. I was completely screwed because I could not get it out, nor grab it with pliers, and could not cut it off. There was no room to get into where this screw was. I was giving up hope and about to use a sledgehammer. As a last resort I tried the Speedout Pro. works great as intended. did take a little muscle to get the bit to bite but once it did and i used the right size it worked no problem. This was a 3 set so that was almost. has every size needed for the job

A genuine improvement over the manual method

I occasionally run into situations where screws fail to extract due to a damaged head or a head snaps while driving the screw. In both cases the damage is usually done while driving the screw, even if it's not obviously damaged until you start to remove it. Hate redoing fences. After sitting in the elements for decades, not only does the wood rot, but so do the screws. This worked perfectly for extracting an unusual triangle shaped screw head. I followed the directions as specified and it was able to extract the oddly shaped screw perfectly. Definitely recommend this overall.

Speed out pro screw extractor I really like them, they are super durable and easy to use I had a couple screws that were stripped out and with this tool I was able to removed them out to fix a light fixture that I have on my fence that is solar powered and I’m very pleased with them

Works like it should

I tried this on a srew with a stripped head. It worked just like it was supposed to. I just had to remember to run the drill in reverse. I'll add this to my toolbox for the next time i strip a screw.

Good extractor, but it has limitations

These screw extractors might work to get a stripped screw out. I say that as some screws are hardened more than others so predrillling enough in order to use the extractor end of the bit, can be difficult. I also found that when using the extractor, I had to downsize when using a #8 screw to the smaller extractor in order to get enough grab on the screw head. I feel that if it is being used on machine screws, there should be no issues, but if you need to use on exterior screws, you might have i...

Super easy to remove stripped screws

Works excellent. Super easy to use, just remember to play your Uno Reverse card--everything in reverse, for both drillout and removal. Put a shank in that can match the screw insert area--in REVERSE use the drill out side clean the stripped area, applying low speed and inward pressure. Once cleaned out by 1/16", flip the drill bit to the more conal looking side and again in REVERSE and low speed, apply inward pressure and out pops your stripped screw!

Slow

Negative reviews are from people who don't know how to use this kit. Watch some youtube videos, try it out a couple times before you use it for real, it does take some precision and a steady hand. Take your time, especially when you go to extract the screw... go very slow at first to let the threads dig in. Would definitely recommend this product

Heavy duty works for large screws

These screw extractors are very well made and durable. The cutting end quickly cuts a hole in larges screws, and the threads hold very well when extracting. The size options give flexibility for varied screw sizes. I am impressed how quickly they allow you to remove stripped screws.

Great strong easy outs

These are great in a pinch! Love the easy carrying case and robust design. You can chuck them into any drill. Just follow the instructions and that bolt will come out!
