After a year testing!

I put them on my shed last year. Along with another brand. After an Autumn and Spring, this was the winner to keeping even the thin seedling flying around. So, they are up on the house now, and I will try to report again next year.

These guards didn't work, the rain runs right over

Installed Armour Mesh and the water runs right over the gutter guards and over the gutters.

Function not as intended

[Employee of lowes] Purchased/installed to keep debris out of gutters, however also keeps the water from getting into the gutters.

Not good

Not good quality. Mesh and size of holes does not allow enough water to go through easily especialky for steep roof and heavy rain.

Water pours over edge and doesn't drain

These are poorly designed. Water doesn't drain into gutter and instead pours over the edge. They look similar to another brand that worked fine for 20 years, but the problem with these is no drainage along the lower edge. As a result, water backs up until it spills over the edge down the face of the gutter.

These were easy to put on!

Marginally Effective

The sticker with bar code is glued on with epoxy, blocking a section of drain. Takes 15 minutes of scrubbing to get off. Heavy rain runs right over these guards. Squirrels eat right through the material within a year. Would go with metal next time.

Awesome Product

Easy to install. It seems sturdy and weather resistance, too early too tell. It was nice that it has a screen like wire that can be useful in corners were the guard plastic or gutters cannot reach. I added small screws around the edge to reinforce it, I live in a windy area and wanted it to be more secured, but it is not necessary. It fits 5 and 6” gutters! Overall, a great product.

Gutter Guards

I have not installed the gutter guards yet. But I was happy with the delivery of the product. I am confused with the thought process of how they were packaged, The Gutter guards came in a box of 10 pcs. 3' each per box. When they were delivered, they were in 2 separate over shippers, which was fine. But... They put 8 of the 10 pc. boxes in one over shipper, and 2 in the other. The gutter guards are not heavy, but 8 boxes in 1 over shipper... I feel sorry for the delivery person.
