Works perfectly

The outlet tester and voltage sensor are perfect. Both have been flawless. Although my home is circuit breaker protected, it is a little older so the labeling of circuits at the circuit box can't be counted on as reality (even if it could-be safe). So when updating switches and outlets to new code, was nice to have the sensor tell me immediately that was power was still on and a different breaker needed to be cut. Was given to me by my son after he lost my other one. This was a good piece of equipment have used it numerous times has he gave it to me I specially like The no Contact tester or put new lights in the garage help to prove the wires were dead made a lot safer and easier.To have all the equipment at one place and together makes it very handy.

Functional DVOM

I needed a new meter for household usage as my old one seemingly grew legs...I suppose it looks better in someone else's toolbox other than mine. I don't know. I bought this because I needed a meter so I could install a 2 sided switch to control our new ceiling fan's lights & fan speed from the same switch and having a meter simplified the installation on both sides of the circuit. The quality of the test equipment is far above the rest of the similar items sold at Lowe's. The digital readout is far superior to the needle type meters. The multi-meter alone is worth the price. The non-contact probe and the outlet tester make up the total equipment for home and auto testing.
