Would RecommendNeeded Multi-meter but got the whole kit of three for the same price on sale. Meter is very easy to use. One reviewer said probe tips are short, not true. The probes have removable insulators on them. Just pull the insulators off and the tips are long, then put them back on for safer probes. The only complaint I have is that a screwdriver is required to change the battery. I didn't think I needed the Non-Contact Voltage Detector. But after using it I love that thing.
