Would Not RecommendThis came from the factory with a bad fuse that runs the ammeter. I found that fuses are not available, anywhere, at any price. It's a 600v fuse of a special size that no one sells. Even the manufacturer doesn't sell them. It's a paper weight.
Nice kit
Would RecommendBought this kit today. Meter work great, receptacle tester works, but the non contact voltage detector does not work. If I take the battery cover off and move the batteries it will come on for a second. I like Southwire products. I hope the customer service is just as good.

don't blow a fuse
Would Not Recommendaccidentally blew a fuse (my fault). Searched high and low for replacements. new fuses cost almost as much as a new meter. ONLY available on the internet. Customer service rep i spoke with was rude and unprofessional.

The ac pen
Would Not Recommendthe pen is a piece of(really smell bad) The green light comes on and that is it. the little light is the only thing that works,have a lot of those

Southwire Sent me a new one!
Would RecommendLike a dummy I tried reading DC voltage. Contacted Southwire stating it did not work and they sent me a new one. I am embarrassed but surprised they did that. Both units work just fine.
