Smells overpowering

I was looking for mold around the bathroom that I could smell while sitting on the toilet, until I finally realized it was this product. The smell is strange and a mix of typical cleaner smells and earthy moldy scent. It also doesn’t work as well as other blue water toilet cleaners.

Not worth the money

I bought this product a week ago hoping that it would alleviate some of the residue that builds up along the water line in our toilets. We followed the directions but this product did not work as advertised. It only lasted a week instead of the 4 weeks advertised and the residue that builds up on the water line was back in a week. It only turns the water a very pretty blue but it does not keep the toilet clean.

Junk

Bought the four pack of these. States on package that it lasts up to 15 weeks. In a hardly used toilet it lasted just over a week.

Negatively affects flushing

This is really a terrible product. I bought a package of these Duo Cubes several days ago and I just removed and discarded the first cube. These cubes have a negative effect on the water, changing it's consistency and causing the bowl to not flush properly. I was having to flush two-to-three times every time regardless of whether there was anything in the bowl or not. I just tossed the remaining three cubes in the trash.

Prevented hard water buildup but not for 4 weeks

We have hard water and after removing the hard water stains I inserted the cube in the tank as instructed. It prevented the hard water stains from returning. The only disappointment is that it lasted about 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks as stated on the package. Will buy again because I don’t want to scrub the hard water stains and this works for us. Just state the correct time that it last or improve the time to 4 weeks. Thank you!

I PURCHASED YOUR DUO-CUBES TOLIET CLEANERS AND THEY ARE AWESOME. LIVING IN FLORIDA THE WATER IS HARD AND PESENTS A BATTLE TO KEEP THEM BRIGHT AND WHITE. THESE CUBES DO THE JOB AND REDUCES THE HARD WATER STAINS. THANKS FOR MAKING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT.

no good

says each cube lasts up to 4 weeks and helps fight toilet ring, that's a lie, cube didn't even last a week and half and toilet bowl got dirtier while using the product. toilet bowl stayed cleaner with just plain water in the tank. Will not buy again

Damaged my toilet

One of our toilets was getting clogged for several weeks. I couldn't find any blockage with an auger, and decided to replace the toilet. I busted open the old toilet. Turns out, the cube got sucked out of the tank and stuck in the inlet of the rim, causing slow flushing. Bad idea.

Mine DID NOT WORK

I bought mine last week put one in the back of the toilet it was nice and blue for maybe 2 days then after that it's been a very very pale blue I looked in the back of the tank and the cube melted or dissolved and all the blue is right where the cube is!!! NOT going in the bowl part!!

Only lasts about 12 days

I bought this 4 weeks ago and i am already putting the 3rd one in the tank. We are a household of only 2 and the toilet is a water saver style, so it is not economical, no stars for that ...two stars because it smells great

Great Item, like it more than the liquid ones.

Bought it to get rid of the liquid solution which can be a mess. I am using the cubes as i can quickly add them when needed.

I purchased this item and I’ve absolutely fell in love. Really makes my toilet shine

Only lasted a week

These do not work as advertised. Each cube lasted about one week and we were out of town for 3 nights - so really they lasted about 4 days. Total waste of money.

not worth the money

I got these for all 4 bathrooms .Dropped them in as directed and after a couple flushes my water was a good smelling blue for less than two weeks. The package says up to 16 weeks .It is only me and my husband in the house so flushing was not that much.They give false info and they are not worth the money.Do not buy!

Poor Quality

I bought this on July 7th and put in the tank the next day. I cleaned the toilet before putting the cube in. On the 16th of July, I noticed that the toilet water is clear not blue anymore. It only lasted one week not the four weeks that it claims to last. I'm very disappointed.

Short lifespan

Although I'm happy with the cleaning and deodorizing the cube only lasts 2 weeks not 4

Rust?

Just purchased and placed in tank. A nice feature was leaving the plastic packaging on. The water is blue, as expected. There is no specific reference to helping with rust. I have well water and septic, rust is a challenge. I’m hoping this will do the trick.

Convenient

Purchased this item for the first time since I love Soft Scrub. The packaging caught my eye and given the product "Soft Scrub" name I figured I could not go wrong. I followed the instructions which are easy to understand, the only complaint is the water never turned blue as the packaging states. I never had one day not to mention the packaging states "Blue Water for up to 16 weeks". I still cleaned the inside of the toilet as it too did not do as the packaging stated. Live and learn. I won't be...

These do not last 4 weeks as stated. I was disappointed. It starts out strong in color and faded within 2 weeks
