I had my hope up it said safe for septic. Well got home followed the instructions place furthest from the valve. Wasn't impressed with blue but if it keeps bowl cleaner I'm game. Well no more bluish (lol). Dropped another cube after few flushes back to light blue water again. The bowl had to be cleaned several times sames as before. Cubes were no better on preventing or helping with cleaning. Was going to use up the package and throw the third cube in. Lift the back of the tank and was shocked!...

INCONSISTENT

i bough this less than 1 month ago. i put in toilet and it wasn't turning blue, eventually after approx. 1 doz flushes, there was very very pale blue water in toilet bowl. yet on my 2nd toilet in the home the cube activated after the first flush. not impressed with this product, too inconsistent .

Not what you say they are

These cubes are supposed to last up to 4 weeks, maybe with one flush a day! Purchased some a week ago and one barely lasted 8 days. I guess 4 cubes would last 4 weeks!

Not Worth the Price

The commode I place this product in is used only a few times a week. That is just about how long it the cube lasted. As a longtime Soft Scrub user, I expected better results from these Duo Cubes. It was barely worth it as a BOGO item at our local grocery store.

Algae farm creator!

I had really high hopes for this product. The first few weeks were blissful- sparkly clean, gently scented blue water and a clean bowl- exactly what I bought the cubes to achieve. Then one day I noticed some weird greenish floaters appear in the bowl after flushing. It only lasted a week, very disappointing! Will not be buying this again!

Not what I was expecting

I recently purchased this product. On the positive side, I appreciate the color of the water in the toilet bowl after each flush. However, there are several drawbacks that have deterred me from giving it a great review. Firstly, the tabs don’t last long, which is inconvenient. Secondly, the tabs don’t effectively kill the bacteria in the toilet tank. Lastly, the colored water only partially covers up the dirt in the bowl, and I still have to clean it daily with a toilet brush. In conclusion, ...

Not long lasting as claimed

Bought 7/1/25…dropped in tank 7/3…product dissolved by 7/7 SMH. A cube DEFINITELY does not last 4 weeks!!! Misleading packaging. The only two positives (hence the 2 stars) is that it smells amazing and the cubes aren’t individually wrapped.

Doesn’t last long enough.

I bought this product (4 pack) for the first time on 6/7/25 and it lasted less than 2 weeks. Very disappointing when the packaging states “lasts up to 4 weeks”.

Danger!

This colors the water but after using it, the toilet tanks grew mold! Specks showed up in bowl so I investigated and discovered. Pic before bleach and after. Won't let me add the pics.

NOT worth the money!

I found this product to be almost useless! The first three cubes didn't last three weeks total, and the last one had mineral deposits returning in just 5 days! Before each cube went into the take, I scrubbed the bowl clean with a Scotch Bright pad to ensure it was clean, but the deposits returned within a few days! Does not work like stated on the package so I would suggest not wasting your money on this product!!

No To Duo-Cubes

I bought the Sapphire Waters DUO-cubes I am so disappointed with this product. It was just sitting in the tank like a pile of mud. It worked one time the first flush after it had been installed for about 20 minutes to react with the water. That’s it and it's not doing anything but sitting in the toilet tank. No good!

Dosent clean, only worsens and hides the staining

Claims to "Continuously Cleans" Yet all it's does is hide the stain caused by bacteria on the bowl. I had cleaned my toilet the day before buying this duo*cube. And my bowl is already turning brown below the water line. Only visible when flushing or if a 2nd flush occurs prior to the dieing of the water in the tank! I was expecting these cubes to reduce cleaning, not cover up and increase staining.

Awful

These cubes left floating scum like residue in my tank! This made my water flow into the bowl slow down because the scum like stuff clogged the inlet holes to the bowl. I won't be using these anymore. I used a whole package. You should warn people that this could happen. This was the only product I used. Sorry I wasted my money.

Doesn’t last

Each tab lasted only two weeks, if that. Did not keep the toilet from staining, just obscured the stains.

False advertising

This did not last 8 weeks like it said. Last a week at most. Waste of money.

Product does not last

Brought this product and used 1 July 9 and July 17 completely gone and only 2 people in the house. I will not recommend or buy this product again

Soft scrub Duo cubes

I’m very disappointed with this product it states that it works up to 16 weeks it should say 4weeks per cube. The product didn’t last 3 weeks I’ve used 2 cube in less then 30 days . I’m a one person home and work outside of the home 5 days a week .VERY Disappointed with the false claims

Duo cubes terrible

I purchased these for a cleaner, safe for toilet, and the lasting time. But they only lasted maybe 2 weeks in 3 toilets. front says 16 weeks, and cleans. Back says does not disinfect and says up to 4 weeks. False advertisement and misleading, Will not buy again.
