If you feel like your brick mortar doesn't have enough rocks in it, this product is for you! I bought 4 bags and every bag had rocks bigger than 3/8" in them, making leveling bricks a super fun and engaging experience. Most other mortar mixes don't have rocks, which makes laying bricks go too quickly. With this blend, you can really watch the time go by as you pick pebbles out after realizing there's another one in a joint when you're unable to level the brick.

Mortar Works Well for DIY
Would RecommendI’m not a professional stone mason but I used this for my brick repair work I do. It mixes well and the price is fair enough. The slow set time is great for DIYers like myself when you don’t need fast setting.

60% Fail Rate - Inconsistency in mix for each bag!
Would Not RecommendAfter installing thin brick, I was using a mortar bag to fill the seams. One bag was a perfect consistency and flowed beautifully out of the bag, and the. The next two bags would be mixed exactly the same way, and had horrible results. The mix came out like water from the bag and the sand separated. I found that for every three bags, one would be good. Very disappointed that there was not an easy option for using a mortar bag.
