Would Recommend6x6 cedar posts fit perfectly in this bracket. Only thing I'm disappointed in is it doesn't give any recommendations on the anchor rod you need to set in the concrete and then hexnut bolt this base to. I figured it out and the pergola looks great and is sturdy. It also doesn't mention the size of the pill opening, so I had to wait until I picked up the base to measure it myself so I got the right size anchor rod. But very happy with how it all turned out.

Would RecommendVery easy to install, except I did not like the anchor hole pattern being in a straight line, so I drilled my own offset hole pattern, which gives it better stability.
