Too wet or too dry - no middle ground.

"Self-leveling" apparently means too sloppy to work the material using notched trowel. Adding more material eventually lands one with a thick goo that is most certainly not "self-leveling." Doesn’t flow well

I followed the directions and even made sure I double checked the consistency because I’m aware that anytime working with self-leveling materials adjustments may be needed. That being said, this is bar far the worst experience using self-leveling underpayment I’ve ever had. "Self-leveling" is false advertising

I have poured this stuff 3-4 times now, and the only time it did any good was when I screeded it using the high spots the previous pour left. At this point, I will just do the exact same thing, but with a different product. I'm done wasting my time any money on this. A Disappointing Product with Unacceptable Results

I was extremely disappointed with the Sika High Strength High-Flow Floor Leveler. My project involved leveling a 28 x 16 concrete floor, and despite meticulously following the instructions, this product completely failed to self-level as advertised. Even my contractor, a professional with experience in floor leveling, attempted to fix the floor twice, mixing 20 bags each time, and the results were the same—nowhere near level. Works Great when used with Bonding agent!

Works great but you must mix in a bonding Agent, also spray the surface where it's to be applied with the bonding agent.

This stuff did not self level at all. I tried it two different times and it didn’t work. Now I’m out $60 for nothing.

Make sure to have correct water ratio when mixing
