Would Not RecommendPurchased nov 2019, lasted 6 years and caught fire .
Door is loud
This 2.2 cu ft overall cabinet size is a bit larger than my old 2.2 so measure your space. The door is very loud when you close. No way to close softly. Otherwise ok unit.

Packaging is an issue
Would RecommendI like the fact it's 900 watts. But I didn't like the ordeal of getting it out of the box and out of the plastic wrap. I suppose I could have just dumped it out on the couch, but I already had it part way out of the box before I discovered how much plastic was wrapped around it.

Would Not RecommendAfter getting this all the way home, unpacking and lifting it up to my carefully measured space, I see that it is too tall...your website notes 11.8 inches high when it's actually almost 13" high! Please correct for future buyers. I will be returning this purchase!

failed in 4 months and warranty not upheld
Would Not RecommendAfter 4 months of use the unit won't operate. Keypad seems to have failed. Called for warranty and they are welching on the warranty because they claim the little bit of food my kids didn't clean up in the microwave has voided the warranty. Utter failure, don't buy, they don't stand behind their product. December 2025

Junk at it's best
Would Not RecommendWe bought a similar Sharp 2 years back and it will turn "ON" when you open the door. Microwaves are supposed to last atleast 9-10 years. Don't buy this junk from Sharp.
