Amazing vacuum!!

Got this vacuum to replace my Dyson (which I wasn’t able to get replacement parts for)…and I absolutely LOVE it! I recently had back surgery and this vacuum is light and easy to handle, and I absolutely love the self-empty feature!

Good product but BAD BAD design. I would not buy.

Shark always had great products. I'm not saying this is bad but it could be designed better. 1. Battery needs to be bigger. It runs out too fast. 2. Who thought putting a magnet in the bin closing area. when you vacuuming piece of metal got stuck on the magnet and it was not letting bin close properly. 3. Battery charger needs to be on the base so you can charge a second battery. Bin for emptying the vacuum could be bigger.

Ok for bare floors, dirt cup does not completely!

Works better on bare floors than carpet. There is also a space inside the dirt cup that retains dust and does not empty one machine is docked. I’d like to know how to empty that.

A tough lightweight

I bought this vacuum as an upstairs vacuum, it is light and can take care of most vacuuming jobs. I like that it senses carpet and changes modes and the empty canister feature is amazing. The attachments do not clip to the vacuum which is a pain. It feels a little delicate and the dirt canister is small. Overall it is a great little vacuum to use for smaller areas and rocks on stairs.

Great buy

Super happy with my purchase. So light weight and it sucks up cat hair, debris, and strewn cat litter which is exactly what I needed it for. My middle schooler is willing to help more with this easy to use vacuum.

Over priced!

Performance of the vacuum is not the greatest. Battery life is so short. Also only get 1 battery. If it would come with a 2nd and had a longer run time it would be better. Also the handle feels cheap. I'm afraid I'll break it.

Great Vacum

A lot Better than the Stick cordless I returned , great suction ,love the light and the brush just do not like that it dose not stand up on its own this can cause damage to the vacuum also the head keeps locking in the up position while vacuuming this prevented a 5 star for me

Good features

I bought this a few weeks ago and I do like the way it pucks up the dirt I like that it’s light weight and moves easily through out my home. What I don’t like is that it doesn’t stand up on its own. Which is odd for a vacuum cleaner.

Great overall but would be better if the metal filter screen could be removed for an easier and more thorough cleaning.

Not a bad vacuum cleaner

Not a bad cordless vacuum it does the job that it says that it will do, however it feels a little light and could have been made with stronger materials. The automatic cleaning feature is ideal and the automatic floor sensing feature is pretty good too.

AMAZING VACUUM!!!

I LOVE, LOVE & LOVE THIS VACUUM!!! It’s great for my low back because it very light weight but POWERFUL. It goes from hardwood floors to carpet with ease!!!! It’s well worth the price, you won’t be disappointed at all!!!!

Very glad I purchased

I have used the vacuum 3 times and so far I am impressed by it. It picks up the dog hair from our 3 dogs and seems to do a thorough cleaning. I love the self empty feature. Also the lights on front of unit really help me to see dirt and dust. And not having to find an outlet while vacuuming is a real time and back saver. The vacuum also seamlessly transitions from area rugs to wood floors.

Nice lightweight vacuum

I have been using this for a couple weeks and I really like it. Lightweight, picks up well. Just wish the battery lasted a bit longer. I like having it empty.

It's pretty easy to use so I Basically use it almost every Day. I'm still getting used to it but I think it's a pretty good machine. The fact that it empties itself is the best part.

Lots of Dog Hair

With 3 dogs, there’s a lot of hair on my floors.  This lightweight vacuum makes keeping my floors clean a breeze. And I love, love the automatic emptying function.😀
