What a sucker!

This vacuum sucks up a LOT of stuff (like dog hair) that I didn't think was as bad as it was. But it is not good on the big stuff, like bit of Christmas tree branch - it will clog that with a quickness. Overall happy with the vacuum. Just getting use to what I can and cannot expect of it.

Do Not Waste your money

I bought this vacuum thinking it was going to be worth every penny and after a couple months of giving it a chance it sucks the battery life is horrible I've cleaned it really well and still will drop the dirt from the bottom definitely not worth the hype.

Not too happy.

I like the auto-empty feature, but this vacuum does not have great suction on hard floors, and especially on carpet. If I hadn't already trashed the box it came in, I would return it for a refund. Not too happy Shark.

So close to being great

Works in one direction fairly well. I like that it is cordless. Battery power length is so so. The filter where debris flows into the system is always clogged before the actual compartment is full. This leads to multiple trips to the base to clear it out. The attachment clip doesn’t actually hold any of the attachments. It is inconvenient to have to hold them while cleaning.

Cordless disappointment

Thank you for the cordless upgrade for free. However, I am not impressed with the performance as with my other Shark with the cord. Using the cordless, takes the convenience out of vacuuming, very time consuming, having to empty big areas often. Plus the unit doesn’t stand up alone, always need to lean it against something or lay it on the floor. Very disappointing. Personally, a very poor design and product.

Own a large Dyson vacuum decided I wanted a smaller VAC but didn’t want to pay Dyson price so I got a shark and I’m glad I did works great

Auto Empty

I bought this vacuum to replace a Shark Navigator Lift Away. It's lightweight and does a good job vacuuming my laminate floors. I like the auto empty feature as it eliminates the dust and dirt from dispersing into the air. I tried using the vacuum as a handheld and found the suction power lacking and this is why I gave 4 stars.

Suction is okay

I’ve had might for a bit now wanted to wait to give a fair review and I gotta say the design is nice and sleek I love that I don’t have to touch anything but a button to empty it but the battery never lasts anywhere near 40 minutes even with a full charge and the suction is just okay I definitely expected more out of it maybe I got a bum battery or something. Sometimes dirt will fall out of the vacuum while your carrying it back to the base but it’s good for a quick cleaning but definitely not...

I love it vacums well just doesnt stay charged for my carpets! I try the reg button and it takes a lil to go to turbo that does better

Great light-weight vacuum, battery isn't greatest

I love this vacuum, it's super light-weight, works well, except for the battery. If you at all use the more powerful suction, the battery doesn't last long at all and has to be recharged again. So really, my only complaint is that the battery life is not great. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Only works for a fee minutes after a few weeks

** update** Returning it as it dies within a few minutes, overheating or something, and it feels like the clip is going to break on disconnecting the top from the stick. The vacuum is light weight and easy to get around. Hate it locks back up when vacuum if get it more upright (hello, we pull it to ourselves) and then have to put you foot back on it to click the unit back to the ground to continue vacuuming. It’s wonderful

I love the cordless stick vacuum and self emptying that I got my daughter one , my best friend one and bought one for the church. We have an Australian Shepherd that sheds terribly. I don’t mind vacuuming up the hair. It’s so lightweight and is powerful. Love it!!!

Lightweight and easy to use

I am loving this vacuum. It is easy enough to use every day to clean up small messes and big. I hated pulling out the big vacuum to do a quick clean up.

Natural and honest

I bought this vacuum a few months ago. It’s just okay because I have to go over the same area several times to get a clean surface. The extra cleaning attachment that came with it doesn’t work at all — the suction is very weak. When trying to clean narrow spaces, the attachment doesn’t do a good job, so I basically only use the main vacuum. For the price, it’s really not worth the cost.

Horrible

I can’t vacuum on carpet. It leaves dog hair all over the place. I bought this because it auto empties but even that doesn’t work sometimes! I’ve contacted Shark 3 times with no resolution!

Absolute garbage. Clogs literally every 5 minutes, cannot handle even a little bit of animal hair or dust. Do not buy this thing. You’re better off with a broom.

Battery stopped charging

Battery is dead after a year. It just wouldn’t charge and the removable battery just blinks over and over. I tried to disconnect everything and make sure everything was clean and none of that worked. You can’t buy just the battery on their website. It’s not the best vacuum for carpet but I have all hard floors other than door rugs.
