Best Cordless Vac Ever!!

My first purchase was a Shark corded stick vac....loved it! Wanted something for quick cleanups so bought a a cordless stick that I love. I wanted something a bit more substantial and one that I didn't have to empty when I did a quick vacuum before I left for work. This vac is perfect! Overpriced and Underwhelming

This vacuum is honestly just okay and nothing impressive. I bought it for quick daily cleanups with pets, and while the auto-empty feature is convenient, it’s really the only thing that stands out, and even that would be better if it had the option for a scented filter like some of the other models. The suction is average, the handle feels flimsy, and the build quality overall comes across as cheap. It does include a pet tool, but it feels so basic and poorly made that it doesn’t add much value....

I love Shark vacuum

This company is extremely kind and helpful. I clean houses for a living and my vaccum broke, all I had to do was phone the company, video chat for a few minutes to show the problem, & they sent me a brand new vacuum. I’m extremely grateful to Shark Thank you. Amazing vacuum cleaner too!

Lightweight & easy to use vacuum

I am so happy with this vacuum- it is very maneuverable & very powerful. It is light and easy to use, so I ask my 9yo to help with cleaning and he has fun using this vacuum. fyi - we have two cats and hardwood floors.

Easy to use with great features!

Haven’t had my Shark Vacuum very long, but so far, I love it! It’s very light and easy to use. At first, I wasn’t sure if it was picking up dirt like my last vacuum, but every time I finished vacuuming, I could see the dirt in the handle. So I was happy to see that. And what made it extra good, was the auto-empty system. That, by far, is the best part of this vacuum for me!

Don't recommend to anyone

I bought this vacuum on sale on November. I was supper excited and it did a great job in the beginning like for a couple of months. The auto empty dock/ charging station was a good idea. Until a month a go or more. It just die. Never turned on again. Which is a problem because now I couldn't charge the vacuum. But I got over it and just bought a separate cable charger for the battery and I've been using that. But now the rolling brush stop working. It keeps saying is clogged even thow I cleaned ...

Works great but broke easily

I received a IW4000 series vacuum as a gift in February. I have used it almost everyday since then and I love it, it works great. However, the other day I went to my cleaning closet where it has sat since I got it and the handle where the battery connects completely broke off. It was a clean break like it came off due to weight of the battery. It was not dropped or set down improperly, I always keep it on the charger when I am not using it. I tried to tape it and it just doesn't work right anymo...

Good vacuum

Bought this 2 weeks ago. Very nice the auto empty feature is nice. Not sure where to store the one attachment at tho. 1 fits in the stand while the other one sits on the floor next to it.

Would Recommend.

Bought Evelyn (this vacuum) about 2-3 weeks ago and to say I am in love would be an understatement. This vacuum works hard to keep my house clean. For years I refused to purchase or have any vacuum in my home now I literally vacuum every day and I love how clean my floors stay.

Very Disappointed

I received this as a gift a few months ago and already I am disappointed in its performance. The battery life claims of a minimum of 60 minutes are not true. If I’m lucky I might get 30 minutes and that is using the auto detect feature…on high suction, only about 15 minutes. There is also dust/dirt stuck in a section of the cup that doesn’t come out and cannot be accessed. If I could return it I would but it was a gift and the receipt is not available. Too bad because the suction and its lightw...

Sub-par. I wish I had a better version..

Really wanted to love this vacuum. We have owned several Shark vacuums and recently replaced/"upgraded" our stick vacuum to this one. Love the auto-empty system. Hate the automatic carpet detection, it does not work well - very delayed in sensing carpet, only stays in carpet mode for a short time (switches to lower mode before you even move off carpet, so then you stand there wasting time trying to get it to sense carpet again..) And on some carpet (our living room area rug) it doesn't sense ca...

Great Vacuum

I bought this about a month ago and I absolutely LOvE it! It is so lightweight and easy to use. THE best feature is when you dock it, it empties into the base!

Not happy at all

Two weeks ago I bought this vacuum and I am not happy at all. The dust gets stuck in the chamber, the sucking power is weak, and the battery gets empty in less than 30 minutes.

Eh, I wanted to love it....

Bought this a few months ago but wanted to give it a good amount of time before I did a review. And I really didn't need to wait. Not at all happy with this vacuum. It's super loud and the suction is not good, at all. I end up having to go over the same spot about 4-5 swipes before everything is picked up. For the price of this vacuum and the Shark name I was sadly disappointed. Second guessing only using Shark products in my house.
