Best Purchase I Ever Made!

We have 3 dogs and hardwood floors. Before picking up the Shark AI VacMop, we had the sweep and mop multiple times a day to keep up with the hair. Now we set the schedule and the floors never looked so good!

It's ok

I expected straight back and forth parallel line cleaning, but it's terribly random in its path and misses several places that need mopped. For the price, it should do a much better job.

Not For Me

I was excited about buying this machine. Easy to put together easy to pair up. When you clip the mopping feature Unfortunately the vacuum/mop gets stuck. I have tile in the kitchen and dining room and Luxury Vinyl in the living room. I believe that if this had spinning pads for mopping it would not get stuck. With the added water reservoir it does not have the power to do the job. Very disappointed.

Amazing product

Just got the Shark AI Robot VACMOP PRO yesterday, (named it Molly) & did the room-floor mapping.... sent Molly on a Vacuum test run today... The dog hair & dust Molly picked up is amazing! Had to clean dirt holder twice! Then did a Vac/Mop & blocked off the carpets in the App, Molly went around all the carpets just mopping the floors! looks fabulous! Wow just Wow!!

Handy Helper

Nice addition to my cleaning tools. I’m able to keep my kitchen floors clean with minimal effort. There was initially an issue of having to babysit the mopping pad a few times when it caught the rug or other obstructions and came loose. I have to make sure room is prepped ahead of time so mop pad stays put. Also important to attach velco backstrap first, before attaching velco bottom. Suggest buying additional pads to ensure clean floor pass without having to wait for original pad to be launde...

Amazing

I had a little issue setting up the app, but once I got that going, there was no looking back. I have both carpet and vinyl flooring, and this has worked great on both. It has pulled up dog hair, dirt and things I really never expected it to do. I have several other Shark/Ninja products and this definitely meets my expectations. It actually goes above and beyond....

Not happy

When new a month ago, this Shark Vacmop worked well. But after a few runs it started acting odd. Now it doesn't follow a pattern, turns circles, forgets no-go zones, bumps into walls and furniture repeatedly before moving on. After making a turn, it starts rocking side to side causing the brush to loose contact with the rug with every rock of the Shark. Because of these Issues, it uses half it's battery to clean one room. After 2 rooms it's back to the dock and forgetting to complete the job...

Terrible product

I was looking forward to trying my new vacmop because I already had a shark robot vac and it is amazing so I was hoping this would be as well. I was wrong! The reservoir isn't big enough to put much cleaner in it so it is constantly sending notifications shortly after it starts that it is empty. It constantly gets stuck or the part that latches on hiding the cleaner comes off. It sends tons of notifications that the battery operated to low to start the cleaning even though it has been on the doc...

Nice robot vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is nice. I like that it's automatic, so vacuuming gets done without any effort or thinking about it. I don't like that it doesn't vacuum as thorough as if you were to do it yourself because it doesn't reach all areas. The mop feature is nice since I have some areas in my house that are vinyl. I also like that it goes back to the charging station on its own.

Cleans very well

After mapping out where you want it to run and so on it does a great job at keeping your floors nice and clean. It has great vacuum suction and does not leave anything behind. Good but not great!

The mop is a great feature but the solution provided leaves a film on your floors. You also need to change thr cloth after every use which leads to you needing to purchase more cleaning cloths. They give you three in the box.

Can’t even set up

It comes with instructions on how to set it up and connect it to your wifi. Make sure you let it charge up fully before doing any of the steps. Excellent Robot!

Powerful Cleaning Capabilities!

Shark ai robot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shark ai robot vacmop is just what i needed when i don't have time to vacuum or mop. Set up with the wifi was easy. It did take about 3 hours to charge. It was also easy to map out the rooms. It doesn't get into corners but that is ok, i just touch up those areas myself.. I only gave it 4 stars because it disconnected from wifi a couple of times and the i would have to re-map again. All in all this works good and does a decent job.
