Vacmop

Did better than I expected. Had to shake the mopping section after filling for the water spray to work.

Love this vacuum! Having a german shepherd we go crazy with hair and muddy paw prints. We have the vacuum run every day and it has only needed some maintenance of hair getting clogged.

Hasn’t met expectations yet.

So far, I have had a number of issues getting it to do what I want. For example, you can tell it to go mop a room that has carpet between the shark and the room, but it won’t do that and support says that’s normal. However if you tell it to clean the whole place it will go and mop that room correctly. Doesn’t make sense and I’m starting to wonder if I have to go back to iRobot. Really would rather not do that but not sure if Shark is as mature.

Outstanding Product

I bought this and im so happy I did, Recently bought a home and the very first day I said I need help cleaning these floors Purchased a vac mop and OMG it made such a difference, the wood floors looked shiny and clean. I can not express how I much I love my product. Its also has a feature on your phone to schedule cleanings time and day. The vac mop connects to your wifi and maps out your home. If you need help as I did please get one of these gadgets.

Frustrating customer service

The first one I ordered arrived and did not mop. Customer service wanted to charge me $45 for a replacement fluid reservoir even though it arrived defective. They eventually agreed to send me one at no charge. When it arrived it still did not mop. They ended up sending me a brand new unit which thankfully works!

Really great features

She gets around so well and has on ly gotten hung up once-our fault. Still working on filling out the map

Great addition to our home

This vacuum is a housewarming gift from our best friends. We are "floored" by how fun it is to watch this very cool gadget do its thing. So smart and clever.

Great for maintenance cleans

Bought this when we got a puppy. It was a little tricky to set up as the directions weren’t extremely clear. But once it was set up it followed its schedule and does great maneuvering around furniture. It’s good for maintenance cleans especially in high traffic areas. Not really great at deep cleaning although it does have an ultra deep clean mode that may be better. I haven’t tried that mode yet. Good product

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and find it is very useful. One issue I have though, is the same as the vacuum robot...neither dock on command. Whether it is by pushing the dock button on the robot, or using the app, I usually end up having to move it in front of the the docking unit. The app has some other issues as well. It freezes when you hit "dock" and no other options are no longer available, even when the robot keeps on going and not docking. I do find emptying the dust ...

Skeptical

Would like to give 5 stars but owners guide is very vague and made setup cumbersome- now as for PERFORMANCE I WAS VERY IMPRESSED- it’s SUPER QUIET and hard to believe it picked up stuff my full size vacuum didn’t (which is also a shark - we “love” our shark) but this thing performed awesome - we especially like the fact that it can mop our hardwood floors as well as vacuum carpet

No mopping

I bought this product about 3 weeks ago and used it daily.

Amazing

This robot is superb, the suction is amazing, the mop fuction is excellent. A total winner in my eye

No navigation

I bought this about 8 or 10 days ago and am impressed with the suction of the vac, but the problem is the navigation has much to be desired. It does better running it without Wi-Fi. than with it. At one time it got stuck in explorer mode and had to do a factory reset which was a bad mistake. No connection at all now. It was a mistake to buy this vac.

Gets the job done

Very disappointed!!!!

I was so excited to get it and when I finally got it I was so disappointed I returned it it wouldn’t charge after a day and a half and it only went in a circle I love Shark and all their products but this was not a good one for me
