Water Reservoir Issues

Completely useless, the mopping options has not worked since day one. It will vacuum for about 30 minutes before stopping, indicating that the water reservoir is having issues pumping out the water. When I look at the water level, it is at the same level when it started. I have tried to trouble shoot, nothing works. I am taking this back. For the cost of this thing I am very disappointed.

Complete waste of money and time

This VACMOP has had problems with performance during the entire year after my purchase. I strongly suggest NOT wasting your money and time on this product unless you want to be plagued with constant quality issues. Clean floor without any work

I have 2 cats and their furs are everywhere. Can you tell by my spotless floor that I have 2 hairy cats? This robot does its job. I don't have the time and energy to vacuum and mop daily. This robot can go under the bed, under all the furnitures. It's not as loud as the normal vacuum, my cats don't have to run and hide. Awesome little machine!

This was a replacement for a different vacuum and I should have gotten this one first! Doesn’t get stuck, does my whole house on one charge, it’s pretty quiet and very efficient. This machine works is amazing.

It has to dock in an open area

It did not work for me. I have a triple sliding glass door and it would hang up in the channel. I think it is good machine just not for my situation

Falls down stairs

It did not adhere to no-go zones on map and had no fall off sensor

I was excited at first but having trouble with the vac mop. Clean my kitchen and mud room fine. I changed the pad for it to go to one of the bathrooms and even though I have the carpet ares set up it got my carpet wet traveling to the bathroom. When it cleaned the other bathroom it soaked the floor so bad I had to dry tithe floor with a towel? Works fine for vacuuming. Can’t recommend until I se if this continues.

Don’t like shark

It wrecks the woodwork. I have used it only like 6 times and now stops all the time for no reason, won’t listen to Alexa commands

Wish I had found it sooner!

I love this vac mop! I had no idea I could love something inanimate, but I iLOVE it! Does a fantastic job and I don’t have to break my back cleaning the floors anymore!

Great Product, Could Use Some Upgrades

This is a great little machine, a huge step up from my previous robovac. My biggest complaint would be the size of the mop reservoir. I have to pause cleaning at least once for a 900 aquare foot area to add more solution, twice if I use medium or high flow. I hope the next version would include either a larger reservoir or a docking station that will refill for you and empty the contents. As far as the vacuum function - the bin is large. You will not have to dump it very often at all.

Ill start by saying our home is clean around the clock. This was purchased as a secondary method for times when traffic is heavy or those rainy days that tend to leave pet tracks all over our wood floors. The cleaning is as expected. We do not use products on our floors; alternatively, we use hot water. This prevents product smeering and build up tyat requires manual cleaning. Its a smart machine. Quickly learned its way around and doesnt get held up on our thresholds. Thank you CS

Could be perfect

I am a long time owner of robotic vacuums and a long time customer of shark. So why not combine the 2. This could have so much potential. I have a cheaper robotic vacuum that cleans better. That's not ok! This does clean great, mops great. Love the combo. However, the cons need to be fixed. It does not go close up to things to clean, like corners or edges. That's a huge con!
