Do yourself a favor and get it! We run this thing at least twice a week! Toddler +hardwood floors =constant mess!

The robot vacuum is a fantastic way to keep your space clean. It gets into all areas with ease and returns to its charging dock when complete.

I am a clean deal and this product will clean up through the day while I am at work. I don’t use it when I am home because it is loud

It picks up quite well, but the sensors are nearly non-existent. It runs into everything! It also knocks over everything that is in its way. It does pick up a lot, so it does that job quite well though.

Broke before a year

At the price I purchased as I’m disappointed after eight months of having it it started acting up because I wasn’t using it frequently I didn’t realize it would it was the main brush it started acting up making a loud noise and researching through YouTube I found out it was the brush I’m so disappointing because in the I’ve had it now years this December 2020 but after eight months it started acting up but again I should’ve researched it and done something before the year was

Failed within 3 minutes

On first use it got stuck on a thin throw run not more than 3 feet from the base. Got it off the rug and it promptly couldn't figure out how to get out of the 4 foot space between the kitchen counter and the island. Going to return it tomorrow.

With two dogs in the house, this thing saves me from having to vacuum “as” often. I can’t let it run while I am not home thought because the Golden retriever (with the busy tail) doesn’t get up and the vacuum will suck his tail! Haha! Other than that, it is great. I do love the wi-fi feature too!

Stopped working

Purchased vacuum almost two years ago. About a month ago it stopped working. I get this on the app. “Suction motor stopped working while trying to clean. Remove and empty the dust bin, clean the filters, and remove blockages to assure nothing is reducing suction.” We cleaned it constantly and now it doesn’t work. This product is not user friendly and hair gets lodged around the brush all the time. We will be purchasing a vacuum from a different company after reading all the comment...

DISPOSABLE GARBAGE!

Our RV700 stopped working after a year, it just spins in circles! According to the less than helpful person I spoke to they don't make replacement parts for it because it "is too old!" I have a 15 year old Roomba that works just fine and I can find any replacement part I need! I will never buy another Shark product!!!!!

It was good until this!

I bought it this week and it’s ok until I see it can’t work in a rug!

This little robot has changed my life! I have five cats yes I know five cats, I’ve run this a couple times a week while I’m either doing other housework or out for the day and you would never know I have five cats in my house because there’s never cat hair anywhere on the floor!

Not a top line vacuum

This was our third robot vacuum, but first from Shark. Our experience showed attention to room organization is important for right navigation and success. We dedicated this unit to a large bedroom using the magnetic strips for boundaries. Based on our experience, we expected this would be a very reliable location. Wall-E, that is my robot's name and I am absolutely in love with this machine. Very convenient and picks up 99% of things. I like how it has a docking station that sucks the debris out of the robot into a canister which makes it an easy to cleanup. I highly recommend this product. 

I love this vacuum!! I let this run while I am doing my weekly chores. I also will turn it on before I leave the house, so I am able to come home to clean floors after running errands. It is also easy to clean and change the filter.

I just got this from my husband, I didn't think I needed it, boy was I wrong!!! Its amazing!!! I already have a sjark vacuum and love it it is the same quality but I just press a button. The pickup on it is amazing, its so strong. It does have a hard time finding its dock but that may be where we have it but I don't care its an amazing product!

This is a pretty cool vacuum. This vacuums your floors with just the touch of a button. And when it’s done it simply drives itself back to the dock. It’s a lazy person’s dream! It took a bit of time for the vacuum to get the hang of our floor plan but it’s gotten better with time. It does a pretty good job vacuuming up all the dust and debris on my hardwood floors. Occasionally it will miss a few spots and I’ll have to go spot check with the dustpan. But all in all it’s a pretty good product.

I love this vacuum. It leaves straight vacuum lines that make me so happy. It also picks up so much dirt!

I love this vacuum!! The app is great and I can see exactly where the vacuum went to clean. I can create rooms in my house and tell it to “only clean the living room”. It does a great job at getting every speck from the floor.

Laughing Hyenas

Bought this as a replacement for my black and decker robot vacuum (which work awesome, but broke in 6 months twice). Shortly after I tried the robot... total waste of money, I returned it within 30 days. I bought this RV 750 model on the Air Force Base last Christmas. Unfortunately by the next Summer it was making noise that I can only describe as laughing hyenas. Very disappointed as it was the best cleaner out of the three. Guess I'll try another brand any suggestions?

I have two dogs and a cat plus kids! But this little robot has no issues keeping up with the dirt and hair! It’s quiet and affective. The battery life is good and it will re dock itself as needed. I tell everyone how much this thing helps me all the time.
