I love my new

I love my new 1st robot vacuum it’s so efficient very effective you do not use any type of water with this vacuum I wish they make one that you can use solution to clean the floor I’m pretty for sure they have one I just haven’t looked it up 

I love my shark

I love my shark but I can say mine has its own personality. I’ve had to change the direction of it several times. I highly recommend keeping all chords and any loose rugs off the floor ( my shark likes to eat them.) however I seen someone else and theirs works perfect. Maybe if you hook it up to Wi-Fi it does better at mapping the house causing less errors? Overall a good vacuum. Perfect if you are hardly home or just need a quick clean up!

Really for the price

Really for the price it has, I wouldn’t recommend it gets stuck much.. it generates a lot of problems, it says not to knock things down when it does, it constantly says that it is full but when executing its work it is exceptional, that’s why I give it that amount of Stars.[product:shark-ion‚-robot-vacuum-r75-with-wi-fi]

I really like its strong and deep clean my sis really like it too so i give her as a gift in her birthday i wish to get it again asap

I purchased the Shark ION to use on days where I don't do a full vacuum on my hardwood floors with my Shark Vertex vacuum. The Shark ION just doesn't do a great job. Actually thinking of returning it.

Great vacuum, just have

Great vacuum, just have to make sure your house is very clean with no cords or obstructions on the ground or else it will get stuck. Has a pretty good battery life and gets the job done between cleanings.

Junk

I bought this robot because I liked my shark duo. What a waste. Issues since 2 months old. It randomly starts during day on its own, can't find the dock when it's sitting about 2 feet from it, says max full when just emptied....I could go on. Just wasted about an hour of my time trying to chat with support. I was literally told I justneed to put out on the charger. Then push clean. ARE YOU KIDDING us in aware how it works. You are not aware that the robot itself is not working

Very disappointed in Bruce

We got our shark (Bruce) for Christmas and can rarely get it to run for more than 5 minutes. We have repeatedly tried To find any spots something could be stuck or obstructing. This little vacuum was way too expensive to be this troublesome. Our 8 year old roomba May run disorganized but at least it still works.

Wonderful little machine.

I have had this for a couple of years and love it. We have two dogs and I run it every morning. It picks up the dog hairs and I can't believe all the dirt it gathers daily. The dogs pay not attention to it but if I had a regular vacuum they would attack it every time I tried to use it.

The schedule feature never works. Always says bumper is stuck when it is not!!

Love it!

I've had it my Shark ION Robot for about 5 years, and I couldn't live without it! I had to buy a new battery about a year ago, but that is the only real problem I've had. I have had to clean it out occasionally, but that is to be expected. My house has an open floor plan, and I only use it in the main area. I believe if you have a lot of rooms, the robot would possibly have trouble navigating all of it. But for my use, I love it!

Best addition

The shark robot has absolutely completed my daily cleaning routine. I run in twice a day, in the morning and a scheduled clean every evening and it keeps the floors so much cleaner. With pets and children in the home I didn’t even realize how much I needed this. I love that it connects to an app and to Alexa. If I have to run out while the shark is still running I can check the app to see what it’s up to.

Awesome

Love my Shark Ion. I’ve had mine for almost 2 years. She cleans the hair and dirt from my home with ease. 7 cats and a dog produce a lot of hair. Although I don’t schedule her to run at certain times I do press her button before I go out and return to a vacuumed house. I never thought a robot vacuum could clean so well. I could never live without “Berta” if she should ever cease working another one will replace

Ion Robot

Did not meet my needs. To hard to set up. Had trouble with trying to get logged into an account and I would be blocked out if I tried to many times. It is just to unorganized and not very user friendly.

Great Buy But.....

I bought this robot less than a month ago and it performed quite well the first 4 times it was used. The 5th time it began to shriek loudly. The front caster wheel is the culprit. I sent my complaint to customer service today via email.

Cleaning

I bought this less than a month ago. It’s not as powerful as expected. Do not vacuum as expected. And it get stuck between hardwood and carpet surface with requires manual moving 

Better Coverage than the "Smart" one

I love the Shark ION over the supposed smart one (IQ). It bumps around, changes directions randomly and ends up cleaning everything. Best of all, you don't have to worry about messing up its memory. You just pick it up and put it where you want it to go. My mother in law has the IQ smart one and it refuses to go to certain rooms, but when we pick it up and force it to go there, it then forgets about the other rooms. My regular ION robot is truly pick it up and put it where you want. Shut the doo...

Breaks down as soon s warranty ends no replacement

I was gifted this unit in December of 201, in March of 2021 one of the wheels stopped working and now it just spins. I called and they have a 1 year warranty, nothing they can do. I have a shark vaccum that i've had since 2015 and it's great, they have replaced parts so I was very disappointed with the one year warranty issue and no parts to purchase, not even the option to send it in to be fixed. I will never buy a shark robot.

I really love our

I really love our robot vacuum because you can put it on a schedule and it cleans the floors when you schedule it. The reason I didn’t give this a 5 stars is because of how noisy it gets and my daughter gets scared of it but other than that it’s a good investment for someone who has kids and who like to make messes everywhere .
