I love this product! It is super easy to set up, connect to WiFi, and start the cleaning process. I manually sweep daily but this still manages to pick up dirt and debris.

It often has an error but I have it run while I’m at home so I can fix the issue. Other than that it works great and saves me time!

Best honey just because present he ever bought me!! Lol. Love it it keeps the home together for the days when I can’t keep up!! And having it available at the touch of a button through an app is super convenient too!!

LOVE THIS PRODUCT TURN ON AND LET IT GO! IN MY HOUSE ITS CALLED ALIEN VAC.IT GOES IN PLACES AND GETS COB WEBS THAT I CANT SEE TO THE NAKED EYE! THIS PRODUCT IS VERY EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT TO OTHER SHOPPERS

We bought one shark on december and by July it wouldn’t turn on. We contact customer service and they sent us a new one. It works great but we will see if holds up longer than 7 months.

This thing really cleans! Picks up everything and cleans the hard to reach places like under furniture. I love having this I can just run it and leave come home and the floor is clean for me. You can create a cleaning schedule on an app and run your vacuum from your phone I never use the app though. They only downside is it gets stuck often mainly under my kitchen table and will stop in till I pull it out and hit clean again. Love this robot. I love that it cleans while I’m away so we come home to a clean floor. It’s great that there are alarms that let us know when there is an obstruction. I wish they invented these years ago!

Loveeeeee this vacuum we set a schedule and let it do it’s thing. It is a little loud but still great

I love my robot. It runs every morning and every night. Its so quiet and out of the way. It knows where ledges are and you can set virtual "walls" that it doesnt go past. The waste container can hold a significant amount so it can run by itself for a substantial length of time.

I was a little bit hesitant to buy this vacuum, given that reviews were mixed. However, we got this to dip our toe into the world of robot vacuums and I am so glad we did. We have 3 dogs, so dog hair gets everywhere and running this daily makes a huge difference and is so easy!

This is definitely a big help around the house. I often run it every morning while I get ready for work. You do have to prep (ie., move rugs, pick up dog toys, etc) before it runs, but I have noticed improvement in less mess around the house since purchasing. I wish we would’ve gotten the self-dumping option. But still love!

Great product and amazing customer service

My shark ion robot stopped working I called customer service and they sent me a new one over night and all I had to do was pay for shipping !!!

I have 2 sharks in the house- one on each level. We have Sucko and Tiger. Sucko was the original and seems to just wander around aimlessly@but does an ok job. tiger was the newer and has the self@cleaning mode@which is nice because it will go@back@to dock and empty and keep going. It also does a much more liner path so it seems to get everywhere. Much more intuitive. I don’t use them for deep cleaning but just daily runs across the floor to get the pet hair.

I love this little robot, we set it up to clean every day, our floors keep very clean, we walk barefoot at home so keeping the floors clean is a most, when I want a deep clean y swift the corners and the spot the vacuum can’t reach put it on the center of the room and leave the shark do its work for a while in each room. This vacuum is affordable in comparison with others robot vacuum

Loving this thing for getting up dog hair!! My house cleaner came 2 days ago and it got under beds and collected so much dog hair! The only thing I don’t like is it’s a little louder than I thought it would be. But still loving it!

Second Strike...

I am very very disappointed. I love my Shark vacuums, I have Four. I bought this because I had a Roomba several years before and it lasted five months. This lasted six. Runs for 10 minutes, turns in circles and stops. No help from support. What a waste of money again.

Bought a lemon

I've had it for 15 months and it hasn't worked for the last 5. Keeps stopping after 3-4 minutes and says the filter is blocked.

I have heard great reviews for this item I will be purchasing soon when I tested out my neighbors on my floor I loved the way my floor was clean by the time I got home can’t wait to purchase my own hopefully for my birthday as a gift

I love my robot vac ! I seriously cannot live without this thing now . I have a husky so he sheds every minute of every day and this thing has been a LIFE SAVER . I save so much time by running this once a day instead of getting out my big vacuum . It drastically cuts down on the fur tumbleweeds . The only thing I wish it had was a larger waste bin but some of the bigger and newer models do so I’ll eventually upgrade . I always tell anyone with a pet this is a MUST HAVE!

I use to have this vacuum and sold it because it’s literally so stupid. It would go past the magnetic strips for us and get stuck and our 1 year was afraid of it. Works well for other family members but not something I’ll be buying again in the near future.
