Very disappointed

Gave to my mom for Christmas and it completely died within 4 months. And when it was working it constantly sent alerts it was stuck even when nothing was near it

Terrible experience

I have owned my Shark for six months. I was extremely happy with it. Then, like clockwork, right before the 6 month exact date, it says the suction motor stopped working. We do not have any pets or small children and I clean and empty the vacuum daily.

Awesome!

I want to kiss and hug whoever invented this type of vacuum!!! Live in northern Arizona where it is always breezy/dusty. Natural landscaping in yard, so lots of dry grasses and weeds which dog brings in along with her shedding hair. This vacuum gets it all! I am 62 and not much impresses me anymore, but this vacuum is fantastic!

Good for touch up vacuuming

I purchased this product so I could multitask. A caveat: I don't use the wifi option. I use the manual clean option. It is fine for touch up vacuuming, but it is noisy and bounces all over the room like a ball in a pinball machine. On a floor that is not carpeted it sounds like thunder. Since it is cirucular, it does not clean corners well but I mostly bought it to clean under furniture that I can't reach with the upright vacuum. I don't know that connecting to wifi would clean any bett...

Why didn't someone tell

Why didn't someone tell me sooner that this thing was a game changer! I have 2 shedding cats and one shedding dog, all I do is set this thing to clean once or twice a day and I am done. This thing is so worth every penny not to have to sweep or vacuum! Everyone should have one of these!

Works, but does not complete a room!

I received my Shark as a Christmas gift and quickly got it set up. Set up and getting started was easy. It picks up dirt fine, but will make one pass in a room then go to the other side of the house and make a few passes, then go to the middle of the house. I don't think it has completed a single room yet. The other day it did one side of the hallway and moved on.

I bought this for my parents as a Christmas gift to help with the dog hair we have all over our house. It works fairly well but our only complaint is that it seems to go in random patterns. We would rather it work slowly in one room to make sure every inch is vacuumed, but instead it goes in zig zags all around the house. This results in large patches of dog hair being left behind. Helps immensely with the

Helps immensely with the dog hair on my floors. I used to sweep daily now I no longer have to. Works super well on my hardwood and transitions well to my carpeted areas. Only complaints are that it does get corners or edges well and not very powerful suction so you’ll need to keep your standard vacuum on hand.

Thought it was decent, proved me wrong

I received this as a gift about four months ago, worked excellent until about a week ago. Now, all it does is chime. I've tried resetting the network, cleaning the brushes, cleaning the wheels, cleaning the filter, everything. The only help I could find was to make sure the dock is the one that came with the robot, well, I only have one dock and it came with the robot. I am beyond frustrated with this product. I press the 'clean' button, it goes for maybe 6 inches and stops, I press the 'do...

I hate this vacuum

It gets stuck constantly and runs into the same thing 20 times before it goes in the right direction. Pet hair gets stuck all inside of it in places that can't be cleaned out. The brush roll is making a horrible noise. I've only had it for 4 months.

Garbage, complete garbage

i have always loved Shark products. but this robot vacuum has been nothing but trouble from day one. constantly quits, I’m always having to restart it. Now it runs for 3 seconds and quits. I cannot make it work no matter what i do. I’m going to send it back to Shark. Hopefully they will give me a refund. if not i’m taking a hammer and smashing it to a million pieces and mailing them the parts.

Im in love with

Im in love with my shark . I love the fact that I can just send it to clean and don't have to do anything other than clean out the filter. It does an amazing job. I have a fur baby that sheds so much on hardwood floors that are dark. It cleans it so well.

Love my Shark Ion! Not as expensive as a Roomba, but just as effective! Not too noisy at all...the loudest noise when it's running is when my dog barks and nips at it!

Not very thorough

The thing misses a lot of area, and never goes back to the dock like it should. It can't seem to find its way back! It doesn't pick up very well, though it does pick up some. It just kind of wanders around. Not worth the money.

My husband got this

My husband got this for me for Christmas and I LOVE IT! It definitely makes it easier on my back when I do sweep. Only problem I am having it connecting it through the app. And sometimes it catches a cord. Also I have a German shepherd, wish the holding area was bigger! I call her "Rosie" LOL

I’m so in love

Our family loves our

Our family loves our robot. I schedule it to clean via the wifi app. It's a great everyday tool, between deep cleans. I don't like how the robot is always loosing its sweeping brushes. The price point isn't the greatest, but I feel like I've gotten my monies worth.

Amazing!

This item works great, and it gets just about everywhere! I was suprised to see it worked on my carpets as well. We event attatched googly eyes to it, and its adorable! I highly recomend this item!
