I just got this from my husband, I didn't think I needed it, boy was I wrong!!! Its amazing!!! I already have a sjark vacuum and love it it is the same quality but I just press a button. The pickup on it is amazing, its so strong. It does have a hard time finding its dock but that may be where we have it but I don't care its an amazing product!

This is a pretty cool vacuum. This vacuums your floors with just the touch of a button. And when it’s done it simply drives itself back to the dock. It’s a lazy person’s dream! It took a bit of time for the vacuum to get the hang of our floor plan but it’s gotten better with time. It does a pretty good job vacuuming up all the dust and debris on my hardwood floors. Occasionally it will miss a few spots and I’ll have to go spot check with the dustpan. But all in all it’s a pretty good product.

I love this vacuum. It leaves straight vacuum lines that make me so happy. It also picks up so much dirt!

I love this vacuum!! The app is great and I can see exactly where the vacuum went to clean. I can create rooms in my house and tell it to “only clean the living room”. It does a great job at getting every speck from the floor.

Laughing Hyenas

Bought this as a replacement for my black and decker robot vacuum (which work awesome, but broke in 6 months twice). Shortly after I tried the robot... total waste of money, I returned it within 30 days. I bought this RV 750 model on the Air Force Base last Christmas. Unfortunately by the next Summer it was making noise that I can only describe as laughing hyenas. Very disappointed as it was the best cleaner out of the three. Guess I'll try another brand any suggestions?

I have two dogs and a cat plus kids! But this little robot has no issues keeping up with the dirt and hair! It’s quiet and affective. The battery life is good and it will re dock itself as needed. I tell everyone how much this thing helps me all the time.

I bought this a year ago and we had a problem with it but they replaced without any issue. Works great

Expensive junk

SUCH a disappointing product! When it worked for the short time it did, it was pretty good (still not great - it got stuck under furniture and in corners) but at least it did it's thing every night and picked up some of the stuff on the floor and carpet. BUT it stopped working not once, not twice, but THREE times after they sent a new replacement unit! It is the most frustrating thing and I would NEVER buy anything from the SharkNinja family. The most recent unit stopped working during the COVID...

I have this because of 3 dogs and a cat I have hair and dirt on my floors nonstop. I have to sweep at least 3 times a day. But the shark is all over the place and misses a lot of the places I need also takes forever that I can just sweep and be done as I have to prep before I let shark run anyway so not for me. But it picks up and does a good job of what it's to do.

I actually received this as a gift and it’s the best gift I’ve ever got. It cleans at night when we are all sleeping and saves me ALOT of time. I highly suggest you grab one of these and let it do the cleaning for you.

This robot is a life saver especially with a little one! I love that I don’t have to worry about vacuuming every day this gets the job done. I wish it did better on high carpet but still absolutely love it 

If you have pets this robot vacuum is a must. It picks up all the 'tumble weeds' that collect in the corners and near the walls. I have it scheduled to run every other day and my floors always look cleaned. It does occasionally get stuck trying to fit under things but with the magnetic strips, I just cut off the amount needed and it keeps away from those areas.

I can’t figure out how to use this so we bought it but do not use it. The book is confusing. I would improve the quality of the directions.

I love this! I had a roomba but it was so loud. The shark is much quieter. I love that it can transition from carpet to hard wood and back. I also like that it comes with strips that you can put down where you don’t want the shark to clean. This is nice for me because it always gets stuck under my recliner.

I love my shark robot vacuum! I cannot remember the last time I manually had to vacuum or sweep my house. I have dogs and this collects everything, it also empties itself out so I only have to empty the just been once a week it saves me so much time, and with our allergies it’s great to have some thing that takes care of itself

We’ve named our vacuum Sharon the shark. She’s great. Pics up everything. We have hard wood floors with rugs and she maneuvers around it all. As she is getting older we have bought replacement parts and she is going strong. Highly recommend!

When it hits a year old, it dies

Yeah so I’m online trying to troubleshoot mine right now and it looks like I’m having the infamous “it dies at one year old” issue... yay for me!

We love our Ion Shark vacuum. We have it on schedule and it cleans every single day. It definitely helps to ease with the cleaning.

This is our savior! With messy kids, it helps clean up all crumbs off the floor without us lifting a finger!

Troubleshooting tip

if you have problems with your vacuum stopping in the middle of a room or turning in circles in an unexplained fashion, try removing the front wheel and cleaning underneath it it pops right out and there are three sensors under there that if they get dirty the unit will not work correctly. Maybe shark will see this and add it to their troubleshooting guide.
