My husband bought for me for Christmas. Living in a farm with indoor pets and lots of outdoor time our robot “Rosie” has her work cut out for her! No issues so far except the cats chasing it!

Recently purchased this vacuum to cut down on some of my chores and to keep my floors clean of all the dog hair with a crawling baby. I loved it in the beginning but recently it had been a pain and constantly gets stuck on the bottom metal of the coffee table. ( yes I have used the no zone strips it came with)

This is one of my go to sweepers. I use this often and it does a great job cleaning. I never have complaints. I can set a schedule to clean at a certain time every day. I don’t even have to worry about starting it.

Stupid

It cleans well when it works but its about the dumbest "smart" vacuum i have ever seen. Ill never buy another shark product again. There are much better options for the price. Oh and we are on our second vacuum within 2 months because the first one malfunctioned and I had to pay shipping to get a replacement.

Doesn't last longer than the warranty

I really liked this vacuum until it broke, not long after the warranty expired. Go read other reviews. It will break right after and they will just tell you that you need a new one. I dont expect it to last forever but maybe just longer that 15 months. I have other shark products that I like but I will be choosing a different brand for my next robot without a doubt. Also dont try customer service. He tried one troubleshooting technique and then just said "o, well you need another one."

I love my vacuum. My fiancé and I named him Gus. He’s great! I love that we can program him from our phones. We can be a state away and just pull up the app and make him start vacuuming! It’s awesome.

My robot

I really like mine. My daughter gave it to me as a gift. It does a good job. I wished the little brushes had more bristles then just one. You could make it a full circle brush. I’d like that better. Just a thought. But I do love my robot.

Works just like a roomba! Great concept for a great price. Does the job to clean up my cat’s messy litter. Doesn’t always get everything or around the tough corners but gets pretty darn close to every spot

Wouldn’t buy this

I gave one star because it did at least clean Fairly good but had to return to store unfortunately because would bump into everything and every other 10 minutes it would stop cleaning and say bumper stuck was very irritating wouldn’t waste time on this product! :(

Cant live without

Received as a Christmas gift and I love it .I have hardwood floors and I am so happy no lint hair or anything on my floors.Saves me hours on cleaning n sweeping.love it so much.

I live this vacuum. I have a dog and cat and this makes it possible for me to sweep everyday. You would be surprised to see everything it picks up. Next time I want to get one that is self-emptying

Poor performance

I was gifted this shark vacuum as a birthday gift. It worked amazingly for 3ish weeks. Then all the sudden it developed a squeak. After attempting to locate where the squeak was coming from and having no success we decided to return it and purchase a new one. I went with the exact same vacuum. However the second one did not preform halfway as good as the first. It wouldn’t ever learn the layout of my home like the first vacuum did. It was constantly getting stuck and it did not once get my floor...

Honestly I wish I purchased this a long time ago. It’s great! Only downside is having to empty it frequently but there are newer models out now that empty themselves into a tank that you only have to empty every once in a while.

Worked great for 6 months and then it stopped. It will only go in circles now and replacing the wheel parts requires a special tool and a bunch of parts (not just a wheel). So disappointed after how much it cost.

Absolutely love this. Does the sweeping for me so I can get something else done. So easy

I love my shark! Only negative is that if you don’t have 2GHz internet you won’t be able to control it. And it gets caught up on things very often! As well as shaggy rugs. I would recommend. The battery lasts a good while on it too and it’s easy to clean as well

Just got this from my kids for Christmas and wow what a gift! I’ve been allowing it to map my house. Then I’ll assign nam s to all the rooms and I can set up a schedule for what ever days and rooms I want to have vacuumed. It hooks into the internet, leaves notifications and works from a app on my phone. This is a awesome robo vac!!

Best Christmas Gift EVER!!!!

I got this from my husband as a Christmas gift. I absolutley love it. I have wanted one of these forever and now I use it everyday. I can't say enough about "Archie" ( my daughter named it after a Riverdale character).

Runtime

I like it but I don't need it to run a full hour. I have a small apartment.

OMG life savor , i can’t imagine my life without it anymore , it cleans very well knows where to go and go back to her house after shes DONE
