Easy to change out your string trimmer head

Wow, this thing works like crazy. Make your string trimmer a brush cutter. This head and an extra set of blades made an impossible job doable and allowed it to be completed in two days vs. over a week without a brush cutter

I asked at the store if this trimmer would go onto a Craftsman's electric weed-wacker before I bought it, and the help said it would fit. Sorry this trimmer will not fit the Craftsman's electric weed-wacker.

Excellent!!

Much, Much better than string. I needed to trim under the fence wire of my horse fence and this did a fantastic job! Little trees about half an inch wide were cut with no problem, plus all those thick weeds. I even hit chain link fence almost immediately and then a t-post just a little while later and I didn't even see any damage and kept on truckin for about 300 more feet before I ran out of gas. This thing is worth the money. I'm sure there's something even stronger out there but this...

doesn't work for the ego weed eater

bought this in hope of cutting the dense vines that are covering my dad's house, sadly couldn't swap it. 3 stars because of it being an easy process to return.

The plastic is weak it will bend and distort first hard stem weed you hit

I don't have the words to describe how amazing this tool is. This is universal and fits lots of weed eaters. I almost spent $130 on a attachment for my Craftsman multi tool weed eater. I'm glad I didn't this was much cheaper at around $23 and worked excellent!

Universal...not so much

I love these blades!!! Never had blades cut through anything so effortlessly!! Couldn't give 5 stars though because the assembly instructions were not clear and I'm pretty sure the mounting bolts were not machined well. The proper size centering nut was included but it would not fit my weed eater shaft. I had to accept a less than perfect fit, limiting my ability to use it safely. Will buy again but will definitely ensure the included hardware is correct.

Not Universal

I bought this for a Murray MTD 2510. None of the threaded pieces will fit on to the shaft of this trimmer. I'm not sure if there is a safe way to modify it but I am disappointed. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR A MURRAY MTD 2510.
