yes it fits electric milwaukee trimmer. Just make sure u buy a bushing or washer to get a perfect seal, as seen in the pic. everything else is included in the pack. Weighs the same as the loaded spool the m18 trimmer comes with btw.

Would Recommendconsidering this is less than $20 and the replacement blades are less than $10, this is an awesome product for thick weed growth (how I used it). It tears through 1/4" to 1/2" thick weed stems like a normal weed trimmer would through light stuff. Even up to 1.5"+ stuff it could handle fairly easy so long as I took a few seconds to eat through it. Mind the gap with long grass
Would Not RecommendThe heavy duty brush cutter worked ok on my red max trimmer. It cuts thick grass well, but there is an issue with long grass wrapping around the between the brush cutter and trimmer head. I believe the cause of this issue is the gap between the brush cutter head and the trimmer head. There is a spacer used to fill the gap (which does cover the drive shaft), but it doesn’t prevent long grass from wrapping around the spacer.
