[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago and I was wasn't sure if it would work on my trimmer because it was not listed. I can say that it works on my DeWalt 60v trimmer and I love that I can use a thicker(stronger) line so I don't need to re-spool as often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Shakespeare Autowinder Bump Trimmer Head about a month ago because the autowind feature really caught my eye. I have always had to hand wind my trimmer heads. The instruction could be a little larger for ease of ready but overall the head installed rather easy. The Autowind is great, it saves my slot of time and headaches.

The trimmer head works great

Shakespeare AutoWinder Bump Trimmer Head Cordless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer head is very durable and has auto winding ability which makes it easy to replace the line when needed. It also takes a lot less time when replacing the line. The auto feed makes the work go faster. When you want more line you bump the head and it feeds out more line. It comes with a lot of fittings and parts for when replacing the old head.

Bump Head for weedeater with Autowinder!

This is great because the string autowinds. It did take me a few attempts at rewinding, but I got it. As I am weed wacking an acre, this product is a time and fustration saver. When I ran out of line, I did not have a big rewind hassle to get back going. Thank you for allowing me to review this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer head replaced one for my HUSQVARNA. It was easy to srew off the old and replace this one. Makes replacing the trimmer line easy once you get the hang of it. I have for forty years had to hand wind and precisely replace the head to get new "string" in. Bump mechanism for kine feed works well but I haven't used it for long so can't comment on durability.

Easy string wind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had trouble getting the string installed on my trimmers. This trimmer head makes it easy. You just push the string in the hole and turn the knob and the string basically installs itself. The head was easy to install on my trimmer, too.

Bump and Go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this auto line replacement for our weed Wacker about six weeks ago. I got tired of seeing my husband having too stop and refill his line in order to finish the job. It was more the grumpy side of him that I got tired of. The new auto replacement is so easy, all he has to do is bump the head of his weed eater on the ground and it replaced the line so he doesn't waste time getting the job done. A happy husband makes a happy wife.

Not Compatible with Greenworks Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because my Greenworks STF307 string trimmer has a cumbersome string spooling system, I wanted to try the Shakespeare AutoWinder Bump Trimmer Head. There is no need to open the head to restring the trimmer and it is designed to fit most string trimmer brands. Unfortunately, I found that it is not compatible with trimmers (such as my Greenworks trimmer) that have a spool housing which cannnot be removed (Method 2 of the instructions).

I also haven't had any issues with it getting stuck or breaking. Loading the line is pretty easy as well. It's great for getting rid of weeds!

Extraordinarily clever and efficient~

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a nice tool! I replaced the head on my Husky 535. Installation literally took four minutes to get the old head off and the new one on. The real ingenuity is with the loading of the trimmer string. You just load up the string and turn the knob and it loads in two minutes. It releases the appropriate length with a tap. Very, very clever product!

There is no need to open the head. It comes with several hardware and adapters. Loads fast and works great. No need for cutting and installing any longer. This loads fast and easy. Very happy with it and highly recommend it.
