Does not fully dissolve

Switched to this from trader joes powder and not satisfied, I have water that is both hot and soft and yet like others have said the powder never fully dissolves and always left with messy residue on everything. Then have to manually scrape out half dissolved powder and run rinse cycle to clean everything

Very disappointed first-time user

Using this for the first time. Very disappointed Does a poor job cleaning, and never dissolves completely in the soap holder, even when I let tap water run hot before turning on dishwasher. . I prefer a powder and this was only brand available when I ran out .

Bring back the old formula!!!!

Please for the love why mess with perfection? This new formula sucks.

Favorite

This is my favorite dishwasher detergent. The packs are pricey and partially get stuck in the dispenser leaving me to have to run two cycles. The liquid in plastic seems wasteful on two accounts. Other powder tabs that I’ve tried have left a residue. I’ve had a hard time finding this in stores lately, I hope that it isn’t being phased out.

No odor and it works

I’ve tried other dishwasher detergents and have found that most of them have a strong odor. I’ve looked at the pods for the dishwasher and they seem very expensive. This dishwasher detergent works great. The only issue is that it is hard to find.

New formula - horrible

The new formula is awful! Leaves a film on my dishwasher and dishes! The old formula was way better. Why would you fix something if it isn’t broken!

SG powder does not work on short dishwasher cycle

Sorry to say that this powder does not work with my Whirlpool dishwasher and local water. It leaves small particles of food on the dishes and they just don't look or feel clean. I'm having to rinse them when done and hand dry. Usually, I use a short cycle and have excellent results with Cascade. Seventh Generation does not work well on a one hour short cycle. I will finish the box, but plan on running on extended cycles so dishes get completely clean. I like to use powder detergents to avoid pl...

BRING IT BACK PLEASE!!

Super disappointed to find this has been discontinued. It was the most earth friendly as far as packaging goes, kept my dishes clean and spot free, and always dissolved 100% unlike the silly pods that are everywhere now.

New packaging is wasteful

Not super happy to see the dish detergent I like so much and seems to be environmentally friendly has went from a plastic package to now a plastic package inside a cardboard package???? Why? Just stick with one type of recyclable packaging and don’t be wasteful.

Effective and scent/residue free

I love this product and am disappointed to hear it’s been discontinued... please bring it back (to Canada too please).

Don't buy unless you like film on your glasses.

Worst dishwasher soap ever. I rinse all my dishes before they go in the dishwasher, so they are pretty much clean when I put them in. But when they come out my glasses have a foggy film on them. I use a rinse agent but it just doesn't work with this soap,

Disappointed w/ Salty Dishes!!

Do not buy this! My dishes are salty! My most recent purchase arrived w/ a redesigned box and the detergent has too much salt in it. I now have 3 boxes of this stuff and am very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for an unscented, unsalty powder detergent! I am using less than 1 tblsp. btw, whereas before I was using 1.5-2 w/o any problems.

Great safe product. Cleans

Great safe product. Cleans dishes amazingly. It is a paper box, but coated in wax, so ok if it gets wet. Easy pour spout to pour the right mount in your dishwasher. You can pour too much pretty easily, so I say open the spout just a bit and you have more control. This always gets my dishes clean and my dishes don't smell like a spring meadow- I think that changes the taste of food. Would recommend if you are looking for a cleaner option with a less waste packaging!

I love that this gets my dish is very very clean but the box is heavy and hard to maneuver so you end up pouring more in then you actually need

DISCONTINUED?!?!?!?

I have been using this product happily for years and am now unable to purchase it. I'm told it's been discontinued?!?! I will be moving to a brand that sells a powder so that I can control the amount I use and the cost.

A bit dissatisfied

I was really looking forward to trying these. They are sold at my military post Camp Humpreys. I’ve tried three times! The dishwasher tablets leave white greasy residue on all of my dishes. I’m not giving up though. If my location decides to provide your other dishwasher tablets I’ll definitely give it a go.

good product, good packaging

We have used this product for years and have been very happy. The box is perfect in that there's no plastic to throw away or recycle. If this has been discontinued please bring it back.

This is a wonderful product; works great and no plastic packaging. Love that I just have cardboard packaging to recycle. Please don't discontinue and, if you have, please bring it back!

I have been using this detergent for a long time. It's really effective and I love that it doesn't use any plastic packaging. I have not been able to find it anywhere in Vancouver, Canada and understand it may have been discontinued. Please bring back this product!!
