High quality, easy to use

I do like the safe. It fits my full size pistol with a light and optic and two magazines. I think I just need to become more familiar with the opening process. I keep getting thrown off by having to touch a button or tap the fingerprint scanner to wake up the unit before entering your code or using the fingerprint scanner.

Great for 1 hand gun! Strong Safe, very solid, easy to use and program.

Do not buy

Got this brand new and the piston does not open the safe. It's very poor quality and have to jump through hoops to get it replaced.

Fix for failed gas strut

This handgun safe appears to be well made and heavy duty. I especially like the excellent biometric unlocking provision. The only weak component is the gas strut which in my case failed after 2 years. I was able to make an inexpensive fix to correct this issue. I placed a compression spring (approx. 2.5” length x 0.25” diameter from an assortment sold by Home Depot) over the shaft on the gas strut in place of the much smaller spring originally on the gas strut. Accessability to safe

While very secure, I was disappointed that one cannot activate both the numerical AND the digital finger print so that you would always have three options to access the safe in an emergency (key, touchpad and digital).

Safe , slow to open.

Safe seems great so far , Would of been a 5 star , but when I received it , it had failing gas strut. Called customer service ( Josh Milwaukee, Wisconsin) , took care of my concern right away , no quibbling , very helpful) , great customer service , thanks Happy Canadian.

Doesn’t open

I have had this safe for less than one year. The cylinder that pushes up the top has already failed. In an emergency situation, which is the very reason why I have this safe, I would not be able to access my guns. It actually traps my guns inside until I can cram my finger into the side and pry it open.

Not long lasting

Safe is ok doing shock has failed to open lid all the. I lost the keys need to replace the keys and shock not sure if the replacement cost is with it.

Satisfied thus far

Just purchased my safe this week. It is sturdy, discreet and I like the fact it has multiple ways to access contents. No complaints thus far!

Safe does not lock

I do not love this safe because the safe door does not secure. The lock on the door will not engage. To make matters worse, when attempting to contact the company on their webpage, I continually got an error and was unable to submit my request for assistance.
