I would highly recommend the safe for passports and other personal belongings but do not stole your pistol inside of it

Okay safe for what I need

Happy with it just wish it was a little bit easier to open however it serves the purpose

My first strongbox.

What strikes me most when unpacking my Sentry is the build quality inside and out. No loose fittings, no mismatched edges, no badly machined surfaces. Everything fits and locks like high-end machinery.

garbage lock

bought it for the size and water and fire protection.it has a really sad excuse for a lock.even the instructions say not for firearms.it will work for my purpose but definitely would not recommend for security.

Just What I Needed

After buying a new home in another state, I am currently residing in both. I have a floor safe in the first home, but wanted a secure, protected lock box for documents and other important items at the new home. The H0100 Fire/Water Chest fit the bill perfectly. I feel secure knowing these items are safe.

So far so good!

We’ve only had this safe for about a month, but so far it is doing exactly what we need—keeping our important documents secure. It is a little taller than I expected so keep that in mind, especially if you plan to keep the safe under a bed or somewhere else with low clearance.

One time use onlu

Absolutely garbage design. Not only does the key not unlock the box, a screwdriver and a hammer do in about 10 seconds.

Sentry H0100

Do not purchase this safe. I safe would not open. I contacted them they told me how to open it. Place this safe on the floor and turn the key and press on the release button. Opened. Now it will not lock. This was a total waste of money. New safe not working properly and who want to repeat the process to open it every time I wanted to open it if it could lock.

Poor lock construction and worse key

Lock is tough to lock/open. Must push down decent amount (more than expected for a quality safe). Key broke off in lock on our move…thank God it broke when opening, not locking. Well see if Sentry Safe gives a refund…i will update with customer service result good or bad.

Strong and safe

Prefect size for what I needed in my apartment, Just wish getting an additional couple of keys was not so costly.
