This is a poorly made product

Don't waste your money. It worked fine for me until one day it magically would not lock anymore. I close it and insert and turn the key and it simply will not turn all the way. What's the point of a safe that won't lock correctly? This is a poorly made product

Plastic locks & products not well made

We bought this and within the first year of using it, opened it maybe 3-4x. The lock stopped working after a couple x, the plastic lock cheaply made. Then over the next year or two since (my mother in law has had it about 2-3 years but she doesn’t access it bc we take care of her paperwork), I’ve opened it maybe 3x each year, the last time I opened it the ENTIRE lid just came off. I love this safe because it is been good for me and it keeps all my stuff safe

Key lock stuck.

I'm having trouble with the lock box getting stuck. I'm trying to use it for the first time but am afraid to put my valuables in it since it wont easily lock and unlock. It looks stable and strong, it's just what I was looking for. The lock jams each way. This safe is very important to me. Small safe for small items.

Good for small items, but the lock is difficult to open.

Locking mechanism won’t work.

I purchased the SentrySafe Small Chest H0100 a couple of years ago, and the locking mechanism will not lock. It locked the first couple of times I had to access the items kept inside, but now it won’t lock or stay latched. I’m using a waist belt to keep it closed from spilling the contents.
