Great Painting Aid

I received the ScotchBlue Tape and Paperr Dispenser as a free sample for the purpose of testing. This product/tool solves the initial masking problems inherent in most painting jobs, by laying down a skirt of masking along with the tape. It serves the same purpose as much larger, more expensive, commercial equipment and is portable. A great tool for the handyman, DYI'er, and the professional.

Makes the job easier

I received a free sample of this product to try and I have to say that it does make it easier to apply paper and tape together at the same time. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that I had difficulties with the blade slipping off.

Great features

I received the product free from 3M. It's a perfect addition to my M3000. It easily adapts from a 6" roll which is good for smaller jobs to a 12" roll for the larger jobs. A real nice product.

I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M and the company recently sent me a free Blue Tape and Paper Dispenser. It is very user friendly and makes masking trim easy when painting walls.

time saver!

i have had my tape and paper dispenser for 3 weeks. it works well, it took a little for me to use it left handed when needed. but all in all, it makes masking go easier and quicker.

Worked great

This worked great for me after installing a new door, used to mask the wall when painting trim and door. Went on fairly easy and came off great.

Great Result

I have tried other paint tape products in the past. Always expecting them to do what they say, but I have been disappointed. The 3M-ScotchBlue Tape did the trick. Not a tiny bit of paint leak though. Just a nice clean, crisp, detailed line. I will be using this product every time.

Great Help Applying Tape

I received a free sample of the 3M ScotchBlue Tape and Paper Dispenser and found it much easier to roll out and apply tape. I use to tear off arms-length pieces and apply them to the wall, but with the dispenser it's easy to roll out one single length.

Great Idea!

I have not had a chance to try this yet because I still need to buy the tape and have not had a chance to do so yet. I think that it looks like it will be a great product, easy to use and provide good results. I can't wait to try it.

ScotchBlue™ Tape and Paper Dispenser

The ScotchBlue tape and paper dispenser is light and easy to use. I was able to breeze through the preparation part of the job without any delays. Using this tape dispenser has turned masking into an easy task. A good rule of thumb to using this dispenser is to hold it flush against the wall or trim that you are masking against and then just slide it along. It will mask along the edge perfect. This tape and paper dispenser works great!

I found this tool to be quite an asset to a homeowner, or anyone who has a project that requires a lot of masking and pre paint prep work. I did not purchase this tool, it was sent to me to use and evaluate for a review. I am 75 years old and disabled. I watched a couple of much younger people, who never did masking or taping prior to painting. I was amazed at how quickly they picked up on this tool and became very proficient in its use.
