We use these locks on our home and our short term rentals. They make everything so convenient. We are able to set codes remotely and know if our kiddo made it home safely or if a guest has checked in. It also lets us know if someone is attempting to get in without a code (normally just code entered incorrectly) which is great security. Old lady figuring it out

I have now purchased 5. I am 63 yr old lady and have installed and sort of figured it out. Like the fact i can do from my phone. Still struggling to get punch in code entered on the first lock but overall not bad to use. There are less instructions on the lastest ones i purchased

Nice deadbolt and easy setup.

Easy installation, nice design and many features for easy access. I like that the deadbolt can be remotely accessed and can also be opened or locked without any technology. I also like the features in case power goes out and it is in the locked position.

Setup was much simpler than I expected. The app walks you through everything step-by-step, and within minutes I was locking and unlocking the door from my phone. The keypad is bright, responsive, and very straightforward for family and guests to use—no learning curve at all.

This lock has been installed for a week, so very preliminary reports. We have already tested out multiple codes for different people and that aspect works really well. We bought this, however, to use with our Apple devices (watches and phones) but didn't realize that you could only connect 1 user to the Apple side of the house unless you buy more devices like the Apple hub. Every lock had some kind of damage

Ordered 3 of these locks during a Black Friday sale. Received all three, and every single one had some sort of damage to it, even though the box was absolutely fine. The problem lies with how Schlage packages these locks... its literally the worst way to package a lock I have ever seen. I debated on keeping them and dealing with the defects, but after reading through more of the reviews I decided against it.
