Would Not RecommendIt doesn’t get clothes clean; which renders it useless. Clothing comes out mostly the way it goes in. Plus some come out with stains that weren’t there going in. In particular, darkened grease like markings on t-shirts and satiny fabrics. I knew their electronics are garbage, but figured it couldn’t be that hard to make a decent washer and dryer. I was wrong. So wish I’d spent a little more & bought LG or another brand.

Would Recommendeasy to use and very effectively washes the clothes. it doesn't make too much noise while it is doing its job. definitely has been quite an upgrade from my previous washer.

Would Not RecommendGoes out of balance and stops. Garbage!! Replaced suspension rods. Still broken. DRILLED 8 holes to help drain water. Works, but I shouldn’t have to drill holes in an appliance that is under three years old.

Would Not RecommendWorked great at first but then the control panel went out and had to be replaced and then the washer began to shake, rather than spin, and sheets and clothes would come out ruined and soaking wet. Extremely disappointed in the Samsung brand, not with Lowes.

Bad product delivery
