If you are considering buying this piece of trash from Samsung, go to your bathroom, put your head in the toilet and flush. This will ultimately be better for you. Buy something with the minimal amount of buttons that will not stop mid-cycle because it thinks its door is not closed. 0 stars This is the worst purchase I have ever made

Amazing washer

best washer ever. I've had for 2 years with no issues. because unlike others, I don't abuse my washer, so it lasts. delicate light wash cycle with hot water.

Horrible washer

Washing machine is horrible. Like many others, the tub shakes violently after a few years of use (No Samsung, it's not from the load being unbalanced or the washer being on an uneven floor). Hesitant to even contact service for I'm afraid what they will charge to fix it when the problem is originally due to their poor quality. Do not buy this washer or other Samsung products

It is broken

Was good while it lasted. Then it broke. Would not recommend.

Horrible, stay away

Is the most sensitive on balancing. IT NEVER FINISHES. I have to rearrange ALL laundry at least 5 times for it to spin.

Absolutely Junk

I went out about 2 years ago replacing all my appliances with all new up to date Samsung appliances. I had the stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, and washer and dryer. I have slowly had to replace every single thing since. I hate Samsung appliances and don't trust the warranty you purchase with the appliances either. I am now having to replace my washer and dryer, after already replacing everything else. I will not purchase another Samsung appliance.

Trash, stick to the basics

I’ve had this machine for 3 years and have had to get it serviced twice. Broke again…will need it fixed. Have to wash one item at a time

Won’t complete spin cycle/

We have this in washer for 3 years. I started well but for the last 2 months can not get a complete rinse cycle because unbalanced and just adds water and attempts again. Tried recalibrating, didn’t work. Reluctant to wash because I have ring my close in order to dry them.

Basic washer

Only had it a little over two years and it rocks and bangs up against the sides. Replace shock absorbers and only lasted for a couple of weeks before starting to do the same thing. Not sure how to handle this.

Worst washing machine I've ever owned

The sleek look and chimes of this washing machine might make you think it's a good purchase - it's not. Our failed on us after a year, not able to wash even the smallest of loads without becoming unbalanced - and enters into an endless cycle of spinning to drain, then dumping more water on it, then trying again. Product has problem but Samsung doesn't admit to i

Ran for 2 years and the basket isn't spinning any more because the nut is locking the basket. If we want it spinning again, samsung say it needs an upgrade and it will cost another 700 dollars . The product itself has problems but Samsung isn't doing anything about it.

It's been a year since we got this Washer and Dryer as a whole set and we are so happy with it.

The washer & Dryer set are amazing!! They do so much better than our old set. With all the features it has, you can’t go wrong with this set!! I’d recommend the set to anyone.

Continues to unbalance within 2 years

Installed per manual. Operated per manual. Within 2 years, the machine repeatedly restarts rinse and spin cycle. Stops on load unbalance. I have repeatedly calibrated, balanced, and diagnosed per manual.

Doesn't Last

I guess Lowes quit selling the next upgraded version of this with 12 wash cycles. I bought mine and have been using it for 10 months and it has started making a sound like the bearings are seizing when it goes into spin. I called Samsung and all they did was have me on the phone for 45 mins making me run it through a recalibration. That worked for about three loads. Then put five pairs of jeans in today and there it goes again with the bearing noise. Save some aggravation and buy another brand. ...

Deep

It’s very deep hard to reach the things on the bottom. My husband made me a step, but it’s my arms aren’t long enough. I like the size I can do a lot at one time. Loads do take a long time.
